When we called it started out 30-45 mins….. halfway through the order went to over an hour, after they got our card info at the end she says that’ll be approx 120 mins. So we canceled the order and checked our account and they had already taken out the money. Will keep updated on the refund status.

It’s Papa John’s period would you expect period the people there comma are very nice so I gave it five for five on that period and the atmosphere comma is exactly what you’d expect for a takeout and delivery on a place period of the wrong Papa John’s, in the used to have Dan Marino is one of those spokespeople, and maybe they still do, so that’s one of the things that I found him fun about the place So have a good time in order from there okay bye

was here back in november. this place was absolutely awful. The tv inside was showing family guy clips but the all had curse words. The food was no better. I appreciated the hot wings but the pizza was mediocre. The wait was the worst. Multiple groups of contruction workers came and all jumped out of a red work van in unison. 2 vans were there. so around 2 dozen men were in this pizza johns. they all got their order before me. Granted, they only ordered one cheese pizza (how did they all eat that??) but the wait was still 20+ minutes.

Terrible service!!!!!!!!! I ordered through Papa Johns online and they outsourced it to Door Dash. SMH. He took FOREVER. I didn’t receive my drink and when I called the driver he said they never gave it to him-with an attitude. When I called the store, I was told they DID give it to him and he sounded SO unconcerned. Oh, by the way, my pizza was cold as hades and had a ‘bubble’ in it that the manager said everyone had called about today and the company they got it from sent them bad dough. Like he gave ZERO effs!

Placed a order for delivery and paid with card so they would delivery… was told 45 mins called after just about a hour after ordered placed, called back then was told order was canceled because they had no drivers. Now have to wait 2-3 days before they will return my money and still no food for the family… wouldn’t trust this place for delivery and if you do make sure you don’t give them a card .

This location has delivered to my house with no problem several times over the past 6 months that I have lived here. All of the delivery drivers have been very nice. My problem comes when tonight, my pizza was delivered an hour and a half after I ordered, when I was told 35-40 minutes. I call the manager because at this point I am starving and angry, and he tells me that my house is not in their delivery zone so the girl shouldn’t have taken my order. I’m not sure how this is possible because they have delivered to me many times, my information is in the system, and this location is less than 10 minutes from my house. The manager was rude and cut me off when I called to express my frustration. He said they don’t deliver to my “side” of the street but they absolutely do. The manager did nothing to solve my problem and cut me off the entire time. Please check your delivery zones and train your managers better.
