Love Papa John’s pizza! The gluten-free dough is amazing. BUT I’ve ordered from this location multiple multiple times and paid at least two dollars extra for garlic butter sauce for dipping and have never gotten it. Every single time I order they NEVER include the garlic butter sauce. I just don’t get it. You used to get that for free and now you have to pay extra for it and this location NEVER includes it! Really frustrating! Will just order from another location from now on so we can get our garlic butter dipping sauce, that we actually pay extra for.

I’ve had Papa John’s pizza plenty of time and they all have been amazing but this location sucks. Delivery time was 2 hours, which they should mention to customers upfront….but received in about and hour. Pizza was was warm but wings were cold and very dark in color to the point it look brunt. Very disappointing!

This is a great location. It’s consistent, really efficient, and super friendly. No Papa Johns delivers to me so I drive to carry out of this location despite another store being a bit closer. Also open much later than other locations due to its proximity to Tulane campus. Highly recommend.
