We ordered 2 pizzas at 5:15 was told it would take 30 minutes. I called to get an update was told it just left the store, 30 minutes later no pizza still. I call back at this point it’s been an hour and 30 minutes, i told we only have 2 drivers, i understand that but you ask for numbers for a reason. At this point i want to speak to a manager or get a discount i was told No, to both of those options. I canceled the order and they have lost my business.

I ordered a Pepperoni and Italian sausage pizza for carry out !! Picked it up and got home and it was just pepperoni. Called and they made me a new one. The new one was right but was the worse pizza I have ever eaten. Guess they just threw it together because it was free. They lost me as a customer!!!!!!!!

Terrible, the staff was nice enough, just the quality of the product was terrible. I ordered three distinctively different items, and all three sucked. I threw away 80% of the order. But like I said, I don’t feel it’s the fault of staff

Excellent food. The guy working alone was awesome. But, it’s a typical dirty PJ. There was dustinator covering all surfaces. The floor needed scrubbing. The restroom was filthy and out of towels.

Ordered Pizza, taste was good, ordering easy, delivery driver EXCELLENT, I was however dissatisfied with the amount of anchovies on the pictured pizza as I had ordered EXTRA. Filled out online survey expressing my dissatisfaction for their definition of EXTRA, did not ask for anything, simply expressed my opinion and received pictured email not even an hour later telling me I was not going to receive compensation. Compensation for what? Who asked for Compensation I simply filled out a survey with my opinion and apparently the General Manager feels like they provided too much service to me. Thanks, but no thanks my business goes elsewhere. Even when I did a chat with customer service (also pictured here) and showed them the pictured email they claim there is nothing they can do (see pictures of chat response), so these people can speak to you in any manner they see fit. Don’t fill out the survey or this is the insulting nature of the response you will receive.

Spent $22 on a medium pizza and cheese sticks. Took an entire hour to be delivered to us (in town) despite no indication that it would take that long during ordering. Cheese sticks were ice cold, while at the same time they had also been burnt to a crisp while baking in the oven before being delivered to us. Pepperoni pizza’s crust was about twice as wide as usual and they had ONLY PUT SAUCE AND CHEESE ON HALF OF THE PIZZA. Seriously, half of our pizza was just bread and pepperoni. It was so strange and inedible. Will NOT be ordering from this papa johns again!

They tell you that you will have your pizza between 40-50 minutes, well after a hour and 15 minutes I called to see when it will be delivered and they told me we r waiting on a driver to get back to bring it, so 50 minutes are going to get turned into 2 hrs. This the second and last time I WILL EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!! Just be honest that’s all I am asking for cause I could have went somewhere else. So I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO ORDER FROM THERE IF YOU WANTING SOMETHING TO BE DELIVERED ON TIME!!!

We order from here a lot because we love Papa John’s pizza. But they need to figure it out. There’s no reason for our food to take over an hour on a weekday. I understand everywhere is understaffed but we ordered at 4:15 on a Wednesday and we’re still waiting. And this is EVERY TIME we order.

I mostly had perfect transactions and deliveries with this store. But, Just like any business they have their days where a order might be wrong or there is delay. However, they are some really nice people and with patience/understanding they get the job done! I appreciate the managers I think they do a great job ❤️
