Had a cold pizza delivered , the box was mishaped and did not bring my drink with my order, I called and they said if I wanted a refund for the drink I said no that I wanted to speak with the manager, manager took line and said Pepsi will be delivered and hung up, very unprofessional and disappointing.

The crew here is so awesome!!! I’m a truck driver and I pick up from Rouses once a week. Tonight I was able to order over the phone and they brought it curbside for me!!! They deserve way more than 5 star appreciation!!!

I WALKED in and the phone started ringing and the worker picked up the phone had me waiting to get my pizza that was already READY why he took the call. In BUSINESS WALK INs are PRIORITY over phone calls. WHY WOULD YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER WAITING?

Ordered wings for delivery.. I paid for extra ranch.. made sure that it was on my order… when food arrived, my extra ranch was not in there.. so I called and I was told they couldn’t find me placing an order.. finally it was found through my phone number. So,they offered to give me credit… of course what choice did I have? They didn’t want to deliver my ranch that was ordered… crappiest experience from this establishment I have ever had,considering they are my favorite pizza,this covington louisiana store won’t get my service again.
