Called for delivery. Was asked what I wanted to order and the delivery address. Right after I said my order they hung up. Called back and immediately hung up on. Next day tried again. Called and hung up on immediately, called again and call was answered but hung up on after giving address for delivery. Called once more and Devin answered asking if we’d like to try a special. Started to order and hung up on again. Had to order through the app to pick up in store. Pizza was decent, but customer service was the worst I’ve experienced in a while.

Absolute worse drivers to probably exist…Ordered a pizza with my physical address. Which happens to be an apartment complex that I work at. Instead of calling and asking if it was correct, they decided to go back to store and just say it was delivered…Worse service ever! Not to mention the little boy on the phone when I called. No degree needed for their job obviously!

I went to Papa John’s to pick up an order made via the online ordering tool 11/6/20 at 6:32PM. The order had a normal wait time for a Friday night (27-34 minutes). I went into the store after the tracker said that the order was ready for pick up and was surprised to say the least. There were about 12 customers in the lobby waiting for completed orders. Papa John’s has a contactless delivery feature where once you sign for your order they’ll bring it to you outside and this wasn’t happening. They had me sign my receipt then went to get my order and said it’d take 10-15 minutes to finish. They told every other person in the lobby the same. The manager asked everyone to go outside for social distancing and states they’d bring orders out to people.
