Pizza is good, but there’s a 50/50 chance if it will be made right or not. When THEY screw up they want to charge a delivery fee to remake the pizza. Just plan on making two trips to this place when you order. Management needs to be retrained or replaced at this location.

HORRIBLE STAFF!!! INCLUDING THE MANAGER! When a customer calls to order pizza and the manager answers WHAT!! We are not answering the phones bc we have only 2 people and yell! First of all these people owe me 50.00 in pizza from the last screw up! There is no DM or any association to report this place! Luckily I jave my young daughter with me, if not I would roll up in that place..I have never experienced such horrible business!! Fire the entire staff shut the place down!!

The staff was great. They are working hard and were friendly despite being very under staffed. The manager was really nice. A very rude person came in while I was there and the manager handled the incident professionally and de-escalated the situation. Probably the best Papa John’s I’ve been to in a long time

Charged us sixty bucks and when I called 2 hours later claimed they didn’t have an order for me. I provided order number and details and worker on phone has a horrible attitude essentially told me to screw off and call the 800 number. I’ve ordered from this store many times and there’s always some kind of bs with them

Lord Jesus, save yourself! This place needs some major help. The kind only God can give you. We have attempted to order from this location two times and each time our order was nowhere near what we asked for and it took two hours to get it. We were given three free pizzas due to the lack of satisfaction. When we ordered our free pizzas, that’s when the plane crashed. We ordered carry out over the phone so that we could be sure to get the free pizzas. We were told it would be ready in an hour. Upon retrieving our COLD pizzas, I noticed the order was completely wrong. This wasn’t anything new. When asked to remake it, I was told, “I don’t have time to argue with you or make anymore. We are backed up. What you have is what you’re going to get!”

The parking lot was full so I sent my son in with cash to pay for the order. The older lady that took the money from son told him that he needed to get out because his parents needed to come in and pay for it and not send in a kid. He replied saying he had done this in the past with other people and it was ok then. She then said you need to just get out and not come back in. I could tell something was wrong when he got back into the car but didn’t tell me what happened until we got back home because he knew I would had gone and taken care of this. I tried to call to talk to the manager and after trying to call for 30 minutes, no one picked up. I won’t be back any time soon, and I can promise this old lady doesn’t want me up there.

I’ve given this store multiple opportunities to prove they are competent and capable of fulfilling basic customer expectations. However, they’ve failed each and every time. The manager or owner do not care about their customer’s experience. Papa John’s should preserve their brand reputation by pulling the franchise from the current owner. If you pick up your food instead of getting it delivered, you’ll find the store and kitchen are dirty. Even if the service and experience met expectations, I wouldn’t want to eat the food for fear of food poisoning.

Email confirmation says 35 min. figure another 25 min to get delivery 3 miles from there to here. it’s now 10 pm, the order still isn’t here, and they won’t answer the phone. corporate maybe ought to look at cancelling this franchise license. this is the 3rd time we’ve had this “quality” of service here: last 2 times the order was wrong, late, & cold. if i could give zero stars, i would.

Love the pizza at this particular location. It’s constantly good, but they are always slow. Hope you have an hour to spare. I don’t mind since I expect it, but I see other’s get mad all the time. That’s the only reason I gave them 4 and not five stars. It’s still the best pizza in Denham Springs.
