We have been coming to this Papa Johns for years and never had an issue, food is always delicious and fresh. Service is usually always good, but recently my husband and I have been helped by Dustin and he has been an amazing gentleman. He is very kind, knowledgeable and is always smiling. Most of the time the orders are done correctly and arrive hot. Every once in awhile delivery time is late and pizza is luke warm. I have received coupons from corporate for free pizzas for delayed delivery.

I have been ignoring errors in the the orders and undercooked pizza for months. Last week was the last straw. They got the order wrong and undercooked the stuff crust pizza. I contacted customer service and was promised the store would remake my pizza. I called the store and long story short, the manager said I could not use any of the special offers on the other pizza I was ordering. They can keep it. I’ll go to Lit Pizza from now on. Also why does PJ charge $5.99 for delivery and none of it goes to the driver?

In store service was exceptional. We placed our order by calling in. Will not do that again. Person on phone promises 15 minuets. Nope the were 45 minuets. I called in my order as I was leaving the hospital, my husband had out patient surgery so needed something fast and good. Was not happy for the wait. Staff apologized and said they would squeeze us in. Then brought food out to my car❣

Just don’t order from here on a Friday, or if you’re short on time, or have 0 patience. Ordered, was told it would be ready in 15-25 minutes, showed up at the 25 minute mark, and was told it was going to be another 15-25 minutes. 30 minutes later and just watching the chaos of the kitchen, their inability to handle the orders that are called in, ordered online, or ordered in person. I just need my wife to understand that this is no longer worth our time here.

Typically I dont have issues with PJ pizza but my last order had what they call a bubble in it. Made a section of the pizza not have anything on it. I commented on it on through their process. The manager called me and said “yea we should have caught that and fixed it, but it happens” then just said bye. No offer for a small token favor like, hey we can give you 10% ( or 5 dollars) off your next order. I was stunned he admitted to it being and issue and then just left it at that.

This is truly a terrible establishment. My husband and I appreciate and enjoy Papa John’s. However, this specific restaurant is terrible. We’ve had several bad experiences, but tonight was the final straw. They delivered us something completely incorrect, when we called to tell them it was wrong, they put the blame on us. We were told that we were irresponsible because we could take a tip from the driver, which is not what we wanted. The employees are clearly very unprofessional and do not care about those who order from them. We will absolutely never order form this specific Oapa Johns again.
