I stop here frequently to get pizza on the way to the house. This is not only the most convenient Papa Johns, but there service is on point! They have the pizza ready swiftly and as soon as I drop in, I am flying back out. The pizza is good, they seem to enjoy tossing the doe like the original pizza makers, and I just am a huge fan of them! Keep doing great work folks.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I’ve never ordered something from this location and NOT had a problem. I’m done, this is it. I’m completely fed up. Their latest mistake: My dasher went in to pick up my order, was told that it wasn’t ready yet, and went back in a few minutes later to check on it. She was told that somebody else had already left with my order…..I definitely will not be giving this location any more chances.

TERRIBLE PLACE TO ORDER FOOD!! I paid for my food around10:22 pm and was told it would be 32 minutes… An hour went by isand I called to check on my delivery. The manager claims a driver is coming now with my order. Now it is currently 12:25 am more thanathan 2 hours and I still have yet to receive my pizza! The Papa John’s closed and now no one can answer the phone. No pizza or refund. TERRIBLE!!! Never ever order here! Horrible service and Everytime you call you asked to wait on hold for 10+ minutes! I have no idea have they are legally even still open..

Today is 9/8/20 I just ordered pizza from papa john’s the Chippewa location. I get there and one guy is preparing food, no gloves on at all. He later answers the phone hands full of flour. After the phone call he continues to prepare the order he was working on didn’t wash his hands or anything. He finally approached me and asked me about my order by then I had already made my mind up that i didn’t want the food. He told me the wait would be 5 to 6 minutes, I decided to wait in the car. After 5 minutes I head back into the store by then the guy Willie was preparing an order, he didn’t have gloves on, he was touching different devices and went right back to preparing the order without washing his hands

My experience with papa john’s has made me humble because it’s easy to get into a conflict and u never know how the out come gone be I had minor issues where they tested me but I did the opposite of what I’m use to doin flashing fighting and causing hazard …. I’ve over come them obstacles being lied on and all it don’t move me one bit thank u Papa john’s for allowing me to work for y’all it was a great and fun time working there.. thank u Mr Whilly and Ms Wendy…
