Usually I’m very pleased with this location. But not this time. Not at all. I asked for light Alfredo sauce on my very expensive pizza and they drenched it so much that the toppings slid off. And you know that’s never a happy time. I got a free Doritos papadia and at the risk of sounding ungrateful… this thing looks hideous… and tastes like a mouthful of ranch dressing and barely cooked white onions. At least I didn’t pay for it cuz that was atrocious. But the most sad moment of the night came when I opened the final box. The highly anticipated dessert. I ordered the Oreo stuffed bites and got completely ripped off. They’re so tiny!! Definitely not worth the money at all. So disappointed. That one dish could have changed my mind about posting such low stars but they failed me and left me devastated. The only reason I gave two stars instead of just one was because the other Papadia I ordered was good. It was a basic meatball and pepperoni event. Hard to mess that up. I will be giving them another chance since they agreed to remake my order of the Oreo bites and also a replacement Papadia of my choice. Cuz yeah… I invoked the inner Karen. Am I embarrassed? No.. not really. They should have been better the first time.

Delivery driver made no attempt to contact us and left our order at the door in such a way that the 2 pizzas slid to one side and were squished. One wasn’t even cut. Employee (Brandon) on the phone was nice, apologized, and said he would talk to the driver. My partner says he’s had several issues with this place in the past.

I ordered the honey chipotle boneless wings. I might as well should’ve ordered the unsauced wings because these had very little sauce. I will definitely check my food if I ever order from this location again. The papa John’s at 2333 Chippewa Street always cover their wings with sauce and then some so shout out to them for not cheating their customers.

I ordered a pizza 10 mins before closing time (midnight). Tor gave me a call to let me know he was making my pizza, even if it meant he’d be staying late to get the job done. He did a great job and took care of my order & had a great attitude when I arrived, despite the fact that it was the end of his shift & he was staying late to take care of it, and that meant a lot.

Got the pizza nearly 3 hours after we ordered it. Took a pic of the awful pizza that we finally received. They also don’t answer the phone at the store. It just rings and rings. A call center out of the country takes your order but that’s about it. Disappointing.
