Ordered 1 pizza, 1 cheesestick for delivery. Took over 2 hours to be delivered. Called at 2 hours to ask if it was delivered to the wrong address or something. Was told it was on the way. No apology for the wait. Showed up 15 minutes later. Lukewarm pizza. Missing the extra sauce l ordered. Also, l only live 5 minutes from this location. And now l remember this is why l haven’t bothered to order pizza in over a year.

We scheduled a pizza pickup online for a work lunch. Arrived at scheduled pickup time and was told pizzas weren’t even in the oven yet. Waited another 20 mins and was late for the work break. Sometimes a simple apology would suffice….but it wasn’t offered or the inconvenience even acknowledged. Come on Papa John’s…you can do better!

If I could give this Papa John’s no stars and still post a Review I would. I order a pizza online for delivery around 12:00pm the email indicates that the food will take 120mins to deliver. Which I believe is very long but given covid and everything else I accept and patiently wait for my food to arrive.

I purchased a 10 topping pizza expecting it to be loaded with toppings, but got a pizza that was completely lacking. It shouldn’t matter how many toppings you get, you should still get the same amount of each since you’re charged the same amount. I had maybe 5 of each topping I ordered thrown about the pizza. There was even spots on the pizza that had no toppings at all!! All I have to say is that of all the Papa Johns I’ve ordered from, this one has disappointed me the most.
