I don’t know what happened to this location. My orders have been messed up or incorrect especially since Mr Don haven’t had any involvement. He made sure my order was hot and fresh. If they were out of a product he made sure to find an adequate replacement. There was only one mess up but it wasn’t bad I just don’t eat anchovies. Everyone else don’t care. I hope have a good job somewhere in a corporate office. I was even offered a promo free pizza for the mess up and it wasn’t even valid nor would they take it over the phone.

I ordered my food at between 7:50 and 8:10 from uber eats. I received 4 different drivers after a hour and a half. When the driver changed for the last time it was about 9:45 (15 minutes before closing). I asked the driver what was going on and he replied when he asked the workers about the order they refused to make it claiming they had “other things to do before closing .” They hadn’t even attempted to make my order.

DO NOT ORDER FRON HERE! I placed an order through UberEats I got the Meats Pizza & added other topping which were an extra charge per topping. I received my order without the extra topping Black olives, pepperoni, bacon, Canadian bacon, sausage, pork sausage NO MEATS AT ALL. Went into the store to inquire about about the error. The manager who clearly sees the error of the toppings, says they can not do anything to contact uber eats when clearly this is not an uber eats error IT IS PAPA JOHN’S! Called corporate office who then informed me this was a franchisees store who connected me with the owner of the store & of course no answer I leave a voicemail and have not heard back from him! $56 gone down the drain!. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE

I’m so mad right now. Everytime I order Pizza for this spot there is something wrong with my order. Not one thing on my order tonight was right. I ordered two large pizzas. One with DOUBLE Pepperoni with Spicy Italian Sausage. The Pizza has heavy sauce and cheese on it. But, where are the toppings? NOT ON TOP, and not underneath the cheese either. Same with the Second pizza. BBQ Hawaiian. Heavy BBQ sauce and cheese, hardly any toppings at all under the cheese. TOPPINGS… GO ON TOP. The pizzas, heavy sauce. But the chicken wings I ordered… No Sauce. Go Figure. The Root Beer, Cold but Flat. Everytime I get a pizza and it looks like this. (With the topping not on top of the cheese) I know it doesn’t have the toppings on it like it should. I spend more than $40 when ever I order from this spot. Tonight, $50. So I call them and I Get “I’m Sorry but we’re closed. I can credit the order” SO Now $50 gone. And Now, My crib is heating up because I’m having to cook dinner. Which is why I ordered pizza in the first place. It was late and didn’t want to turn on the oven. I plan to bring back the pizzas in the morning looking for a refund. I shouldn’t have to deal with this every time I order pizza.

My son placed an order at 2:30 p.m. today..A Monday..and never received his pizza..after 2 1/2 hours , they were still saying that they were showing that his order had been delivered..but it had not been..he asked for a refund and the General Manager told him that they didn’t give refunds.. and after I spoke with her she had the nerve to tell me that refunds are the last resort..after 2 1/2 hours of waiting on 1 pizza, he should have received a refund and a free pizza..Ridiculousness!!!

First off I am batman papa John’s, secondly I understand that yall didn’t have any drivers. But as a general manager maybe you should have a little compassion for people who are spending money on yalls food. Door dash was even worse, the lady was very rude and literally left my pizza on the porch in the cold and rain, never rang my doorbell or knocked! I got a refund for my food but no respect for anyone and took them almost 2 hours to get my pizza to me. Just saying papa John’s I love yalls pizza but yall need a better system or. General manager .
