The first time i tried papa johns in ruston i was very disappointed by management and the food and when i called to make a complaint i was told i was wrong and that what i was saying couldn’t be true the experience i received is the joshua pardue which is my fiance’s post that was done back in feb and decided to try and give them another try and have to say Steven the assistant manager pleased me very much with the experience and the food this is how food is supposed to look from them i was very happy with the experience i received.

The lady who took the phone order was not great. She was mumbling and I had to ask her speak up. Took about 10 minutes to order a meat lovers pizza and 2 papadia-s. I ordered an italian papdia and had looked on website to see what is on it before calling. The website said Italian sausage, Alfredo sauce, cheese, salami and banana peppers. My “italian” papadia that I got tonight had italian sausage, pizza sauce and a little cheese. There was no salami, banana peppers or Alfredo sauce. Just an italian sausage pizza folded over. I don’t think staff knew what an italian papadia was supposed to be or what was on it. I think they were thrown off because order wasn’t ready when we got there. They guessed at it. Will not order a papdia again at the papa johns in ruston. Boy wish we still had a fox’s pizza….they knew how to make those sandwiches. Oh and crust was burnt.

Nasty i didn’t like it at all the music was so loud had to repeat order twice the young guy was very nice but it took so long to get it can’t think of the of the food we got but it just took a long time to prepare there was no customer there the food was something new on the menu not saying I want eat there again just something different

My husband called twice and was put on hold immediately but the guy never came back. I called and got and a quick response. The guy was giving off creepy vibes and breathing heavy into the phone, then complaining about “so many calls”. He took my info then said his manager just told him no more deliveries for the night… Probably for the better, not sure I’d trust huff and puff touching my food.
