Never ordering papa John’s again. They take forever to get an order out. Delivery drivers aren’t able to find an address on a directory. Driver couldn’t locate my apartment so over an hour later I called store and was informed my order was canceled. This all after my previous order was incorrect. No apology and no resolution was made.

If I could give no stars, I would. I live less than ten minutes away, and it’s been an hour and a half and I still haven’t gotten my pizza. Don’t bother trying to call either. I ordered the pizzas at 8:04pm. Their automated system that “follows up” on orders is garbage. It told me 7 minutes at 9:04pm and told me 7 minutes again at 9:21pm. They also don’t answer their actual phone either. This is also the third time in a row I’ve had this issue with Papa John’s. This is unacceptable. If I can file a complaint on this store, I’m most definitely am going to.

I ordered two Papadilias; one Italian one Philly cheese. They were both overcooked and hard. I also ordered a large ‘The Works’ pizza. There was very little meat on the pizza. There were a few pepperoni scattered on the pizza and a few pieces of sausage spinkled here and there. There seemed to be too much crust; meaning it appeared that there was about two inches of edge crust that wasn’t covered with toppings or sauce. When I went in to pick up my order, the young lady at the counter was extremely friendly and the interior of the restaurant was very clean. The overall taste of the items was good; it was just the hard crust on the Papadilias and haphazard construction of the pizza that made them unsatisfactory. I did not bother anyone about it because I had made it home when I opened the boxes and had no desire to return to the restaurant nor wait for replacement.

I’m not sure what’s happen with this location but it’s gone downhill. The past 4 orders have been cold, greasy and lacking taste. The fact I picked up my husband’s order last night and sat at the window for pickup for over 5 minutes with out any kind of acknowledgement while the guy took phone calls and waited on everyone that walked in. This was my last time to get them a chance.

ordered from papa johns for years and had a few mistakes over the years but I forgive them and move on but this last time I’m done. I made my order online for carry out. I get there and somehow they lost my order so then I have to wait an extra 20 minutes to get my food and they say have a great day. I said well are you going to reimburse me or give a coupon for my next order. “oh no sir since we remade your order we don’t do that.” No customer service. I hope they see this
