I ordered a large 5-topping pizza for $18. I was very disappointed by the lack of toppings and sauce. They also made the crust about 2 inches long. We ordered chicken as a topping and only found 2 pieces in the entire pizza. Overall I feel like we got scammed.

Called my order in just to be able to swing by and grab some lunch and go. Get there 20 minutes after placing the order and it’s not only not ready, but it’s not even made yet. They guy on dirt was in the back playing on his phone while my order was waiting on their board to be made. Foods great, service at the JFK location is routinely horrible. Read the reviews people.

They deserve 5 stars for being super nice and super fast with the delivery but, they deserve 3 stars for the super ‘just okay’ pizza. I had the pizza that had pepperoni stuffed along with the tried and true cheesy stuffed crust. To me this sounded AMAZING but, it just missed the mark. It was the crust. For loss of a better way to put it-the sauce and toppings could be the best there are available but, if they are dressing up a crust that sucks then you find yourself with, at best, still a subpar ‘zza’.

My papadia came to me tonight as a greasy mess. For pizza without meat there should not be grease so bad you can wring it out. While I am getting it replaced it is taking another hour to get it and the manager, Keisha, was totally rude. I have never been so disappointed! I didn’t even tell them about the super greasy cheesesticks!

I wish I had read the reviews before I placed an online order. I ordered an hour and 15 minutes ahead for 8 it didn’t show up until 830 it was cold, no meat in the philly cheesesteak papadilla, the Buffalo chicken one lacked everything and came with ranch when I asked for blue cheese. The garlic knots are cold hard lumps.

Tracking my order, it took over 30 minutes to deliver my food after it registered as on the way. When it finally arrived, it was barely warm. I live within walking distance, it never should have taken this long. When I called to find out where my food was, I was told the driver had two orders to deliver at the same time, the other was over a mile away. Unacceptable, I will go back to Pizza Hut.
