Delivery guy was fine. Pizza was disgusting. It fell off the crust in one whole piece. Must be using artificial cheese or something cause it didn’t pull apart despite being hot. Looked melted like Kraft singles melts. Get a much better pizza at Marco’s for the same if not better price. Only bought because of a coupon and I still feel ripped off.

Will not order from this Papa John’s again. They managed to mess up probably the easiest order of the day. I only ordered garlic knots and a medium pizza on the pick for $6. My pizza looks like someone picked the cheese off. Instead of 2 pepperoncini I got one and the STEM of another. Garlic knots are drenched in garlic butter, so much so that it is seeping out the box. Also requested the spicy garlic dipping sauce and got marinara instead. But hey, at least the Pepsi was good but I ordered Wild Cherry so even they managed to mess that up. What a joke!

Quick service last night. Called, placed the order, and it was ready to be picked up in about 15 to 20 minutes. That was even more impressive considering I was in a rush and it was likely a busier time for them, being closer to 5:30 in the evening. Staff was friendly and also made the pickup pleasant! My only complaint would be with the call-in system, which I believe used a foreign or at least out-of-state call center. The operator was a little difficult to order from, but this is no fault of the location or the workers there. Just something to consider if ordering from any Papa John’s!

My delivery guy was great. My pizza wasn’t. One star for the delivery guy and one star for it being nice and hot. The problem was that the pizza wasn’t cooked all the way through. It was chewy. We’ve always used this location because of the friendly staff and food but today, I am disappointed. I called the store to tell them that the pizza wasn’t cooked completely and the employee said that’s strange. That the pizza is on a timer. I guess I’ll just put it in the oven longer.

Picked up 2 pizzas before the Thundersnow of 3 inches in 3 hours: a large epic stuff crust and a medium around 3:30pm. You could tell the store was slow. I come here every couple of weeks or so. Every time I come in, the staff seems to have turned over. Maybe it is a training store. 3-4 people greeted me. The appearance and workmanship of the 2 pizzas were better than usual. The escalating prices are making me eat less so that I can make the leftovers stretch into more future meals. Maybe this is my key to losing weight.

Food is good. Service…not so much. I called when my order still said “preparing” on the tracker. The 30-40 minute wait time had passed. The person I spoke to had me repeat my order which I did being careful to mention the soda I had ordered. It is hot out today, and I’ve been moving so the drink was especially important. She said it was all there waiting on the driver. Because I had a bad experience with this store in the past, I waited on the steps for the driver. She was pleasant but did not have my soda. She said she had specifically asked if there was a drink with my order. This may seem like a little thing, but after two bad experiences, I think I’ll have to go somewhere else in the future. I only went back to this store today because none of the Domino’s locations in my city are currently delivering.

Very unsatisfied app said 49 to 50 minutes finally after 2 hrs we canceled the order then 25 minute later the delivery person showed up. Pizza was cold. Plus we ordered half pep and mushroom and half beef and onion. It wasn’t half and half and it had sausage instead of beef VERY POOR SERVICE DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!! IF I COULD A NEGATIVE STar I would give it -3 stars
