I’ve been ordering pizza from this place for a year. I’m here in town temporarily for work, and within the past couple weeks their service and food quality have declined rapidly. I’ve loved papa johns pizza my whole life but I’m tired of ordering food constantly messed up. I will not order from this location again. I would rather drive an hour for pizza.

I waited in line blocked in 25 to 30 mins then I finally get to the window, the person behind me finally parked so it was just me and my screaming crying daughter. I had to back up and ring the bell after waiting another 10 to 15 mins. Someone finally came and my pizza was ready to hand out. All the lady asked if I wanted a receipt. Didn’t apologize. Terrible customer service.

I’m done with you. 72450. I started with the order of a pizza. He asked me if I wanted drinks and was giving me a total as I said no drink. He did not ask me what crust and I still wanted a papa bowl! As a result, my pizza was wrong as I can’t have all that bread. So the cats got half of my dinner. I know there are 15 kinds of pizza in this town. The least you can do is be customer friendly and get it right

I always have 50/50 service. The workers are nice but their product is very lazily put together. If I order wings, they’re not usually tossed but if they aren’t they’ll typically have enough sauce on them to make up for it. Exception of today when they just drizzled a little bit across the wings and half of them didn’t have any sauce on them at all. The drizzle was so minor, I might as well had asked for them plan. I also had a few that weren’t cooked all the way and my pizza wasnt cut properly either.

I have always had good experiences with my food and service but the last visit was not a good one.. I understand some places are short handed and times are tough but they had a full staff .. My wings that came straight out the oven were barely warm to touch .. I called to just give them a heads up and his response was definitely not professional…All he said is okay . . This store is terrible and vindictive. I haven’t been here in 6 moths because the quality was so poor the last time I ordered. Regretfully I thought I’d give it a chance again. Evidently they are still upset over my last visit when I called to speak to the manager and the manager became angry on the phone and hung up on me. I guess he decided it would be funny to make my order BBQ with a side of Buffalo instead of Buffalo with a side of ranch. I checked my box before leaving and went back through the pickup window to tell them what’d happened and this guy with shoulder length blondish hair and a squirrel looking mustache was laughing so hard about it. The girl said she just got there and wasnt sure if he made my order wrong on purpose or not. Seriously?!? I’m totally offended

I’ve never went inside this Pappa John and couldn’t get something from the menu they are excellent when it comes to service and Pappa John’s pizza is the best fresh meats and cheeses and the crust is wonderful. I ALSO HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES and they always get my order right . Just as I ask them to make it so specialty items doesn’t cost more time.
