This is not the Papa John’s of the past. My order what one large with pepperoni, onion, mushrooms, and double black olives. And the other pepperoni, Canadian bacon, chicken, bacon, and double mushrooms. As you can see in the photos the double toppings was just were not cutting it let alone the rest of them. But by far my biggest hang up was the crusts. These were hand tossed well I have had discount frozen pizza with better crusts. I seen it and commented it to the employee before leaving the store to be told that is how they make it now. I might have tried to take them up on their garentee but if this is how they make their pizzas now I don’t want want another pizza with by far one of the worst crust I have had in a fast food pizza chain.

People are human we all make mistakes. That bein said. Ive only had one messed up order and they fixed it. They brought out the doritos papadia… They better keep this one. Omg yummmmm.

First, this is one of the best pizza joints in town now. Once you finally get your pizza it is very good. The only reason I hold back the 5th star is because the staff still isn’t clicking on all cylinders managing orders. I am not sure why but believe they will work out the kinks eventually. The cheese stuffed crust is very good, fresh and the ingredients are tasty. Anyone ordering should do so well in advance of expected time so you won’t be dissappointed. The worker-bees and management are friendly so kudos to them.

Ordered on line 5/19/23 and said the order would be ready in 40 to 50 min went in on the time it stated it would be ready and was told it would be at least another 25 min horrible service walked out and didn’t get any dinner

On more than 3 occasions, my orders have been super late and the quality has been subpar. For as expensive as the pizza is, I’d expect better service.

2 stars cuz my food was good very very good. placed my order outside the building waited 15 mins and they had not started it yet only order on the screen my first time ordering p.j tonight and well the dilla was good just should have let me spin the wheel for waiting so long or something.
