Always cooked TO PERFECTION! I always order pizza, wings, and extra pepperoncinis. They always give me more peppers than I order, and the pizza is always made with love (I’m a cook, so I can tell ) They’re always friendly upon delivery, and never disappoint. I haven’t ordered pixa from any other place since I moved to Springdale. Very appreciative for their hard work and positive attitude!

I still have trouble with this store not giving full orders of tater tots!!! They get kind of snippy on the phone if you try to tell them that they didn’t give you a full order last time and yet they still revert back to bad behavior!!! Why pay $6.99 an order of tots if they continue to give only a half a box if that!!! I’m not ordering anything else from them!! A rip off is a rip off and I’ve grown very tired of trying to tell them and I’m doing it the nicest way possible. Plus they have someone answering the phone who doesn’t speak good English at ALL!!! You can’t even understand that person whatsoever and I’m hard of hearing but I wear hearing aids and I can barely make out what they are even talking about!!!

I didn’t realize Pizza locations used call centers. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My call to the center was a joke. It was extremely loud in the background and the language barrier was intense. Overall never order from this location unless you want horrible service.

I was curious about the new Papa John’s Papadias, so I ordered two to check it out. My question to Papa John’s is, “Why did it take so long to develop this product?” I’ve been waiting weeks prior to tonight and wondering, “What took me do long?” It’s basically similar to eating a calzone but not as thick. Just tried to order over the phone. Please skip this. They send you to some call center. He couldn’t understand me so I asked to please talk to the local store. Waited 10 minutes for someone to answer and got a really confused sounding person. Told him I had a coupon and he informed me that was only if you ordered online. That was fine. I was asking what special’s they had for delivery but was hung up on. Forget this place and order from Marcos, Domino’s or even Mazzios.
