unlike pizza hut and alot of other pizza franchises i didnt get charged for parmasan cheese and they even put garlic sauce and a pepperzoni pepper in the box! pizza hut wants 1.20 cents for each condiment. good job papa johns

Had a horrible experience with this place on February 4th. Called made an order at 5:30 was told 38 mins to deliver called at 6:15 just to make sure they wasn’t lost (place hard to find). The “young manger” was nothing but rude said my pizza is about to go into the oven in 10 mins and it would be another 20 minutes before it was delivered. When I asked if there was something he could do since I was having to wait over an hour for my food he rudely told me no and that there is no other manger I can talk to at the store even at different time day. Will not be ordering from this place again for awhile.

This Papa John’s is wonderful! I order from them every week. The delivery drivers are very friendly and efficient. The pizza (and desserts) are perfectly prepared and piping hot every time. Blows their competitors out of the water. Definitely my go to place for pizza.

Wow so where do I start. First they messed my order up one day and when I called back they comped me the two pizzas that were messed up so when I called back to get the two pizzas they said okay we’ll make them for you and that was at 5:00 p.m. then it took all the way until 10:13 p.m. to get the pizzas and they were cold but everything was there I had to call back so much just to make sure the order was coming and the guy was getting mad every time I called it’s just not the way that you should deal with customers at all and the boxes were crushed and at one time when I called back he said that the doordash delivery driver had took the pizzas and kept them so he had to remake him again and he said but there’s six customers in front of you so it’s going to be a long way I feel like I should have been put first and I had to wait until almost 11:00 p.m. that is almost a 5-hour wait that is just crazy that’s all I got to say I will never order from there again now the fort Smith store might be good but not the Van Buren store..

This was my first time ordering on your website. I couldn’t get it to take my card. I backed up and had it store my card then went back and tapped place order. My order reverted back to a cheese pizza. The rest was right. (I don’t care at all for cheese pizza), I called the store. The manager just said ” I hate it when that happens……..”.
