Pizza was uncut and not completely cooked. I double checked my order just to make sure I didn’t click for them not to cut it, and I for sure didn’t. I ordered online and picked up in store. I didn’t realize it wasn’t cut or completely cooked until I got home. Mid way into the pizza was uncooked, resulting in a chewy texture.

Food was 50 minutes late because they didn’t update GrubHub status, and after not answering the phone again and again they finally picked up. Dude on phone basically said too bad, so sad it’s been sitting here. He just shrugged it off. Only after call did the status change.

This place is not up to meeting the needs of its community. As a doordash driver I expect some delays but when you watch several customers come in the door to bring back their food because it wasn’t even what they had ordered and then it needs to be remade I believe we may have some problems here. Orders are backed up to hour long wait times past the original expectation time, and from what I’ve seen some of them don’t even get cooked all the way. I advise you that if you want cooked and done in a reasonable amount of time you should probably not go here.

Owners, managers, whoever. You need to get your systems fixed and your employees payed better. Every time I order from here, your employees are yelling at each other or complaining about something not working right.I am a manager myself of a gas station close by, so I know how these things work. Pizza is always amazing, been here multiple times and has never disappointed, but customer service is lacking because it’s a toxic place to work.

We ordered a large sausage an mushroom pizza, an order of cheese bread. About a hour our order arrives. INCOMPLETE ORDER. Did get our cheese bread along with another order of cheese bread. The delivery driver told my husband he needed to call the store. My husband told him to go back to store and bring pizza back. Maybe 30 m. Later the GM calls. My husband explained what happened. She replied she would make it an makes sure we get the pizza. Waited till after 830 pm still no pizza. My husband calls papa John’s back. Talks to GM again. Her reply was ” she made the order put it on the table, then it was gone. We just want a refund. And WILL NOT OREDER FROM PAPA JOHNS AGAIN. Make sure we get our refund for horrible service.

Placed a order online and when I arrived to pick it up i was told the oven is broken we’re not going to be able to serve you and i’m going to cancel the order….he walks to the computer, cancels the order, no apology and never made anymore eye contact with me. Ordered 2 large pizzas , cinnamon roll dessert with extra cup of icing , 2 extra garlic sauces with an extra pepper and didn’t receive any of them however I was still charged for them all. I called back the following day and they stated they can’t refund/ credit the extra charge but I can get the sauces for free on my next purchase as if I would want to order anything else after not receiving extra things I was charged for the 1st time and never being compensated. The cinnamon dessert was nothing I expected it to be either . They weren’t good , they were really soft and just didn’t hit the spot or taste like other cinnamon desserts I receive from places like dominoes or Pizza Hut. And their pizza always doughy , not cooked all the way through it seems. Definitely won’t be ordering again
