Was told it would take up to 45 min for delivery to our hotel room. No biggie, after 57 min called papa John’s by hitting redial and Jeremy answered. I said was just checking on the delivery and he said they don’t deliver to hotels. I went over the whole order and even told him the cost i was given. He still said they don’t deliver. Ok. So hung up, went to the same website i used from before and called EXACT phone number as before. Same dude (Jeremy) answered. He was rude about telling me i did not make an order with them. He has worked there for over many years and never delivered to a hotel. At that very moment the delivery guy showed up with our papa John’s pizza. Delivery guy was nice and not rude vs Jeremy who answered the phone and was extremely rude. Well, they must deliver cuz i got our pizza he said i never ordered. I didn’t want to give any stars due to Jeremy’s attitude but have 3 cuz delivery guy was nice and polite.

Pizza was sloppy. All of the cheese was in the center 50% of the pizza. The rest was bubbled bread. Semi undercooked. Semi burned. What happened? Oh papa John is gone. Diiisssssaaaapoinnteedddddddddd.

Last year I ordered pizza for a child’s birthday. Over a 100 dollars worth. It took almost 3 hours to receive. Long after the party was over. I called 3 times and was told the pizza was on the way. When we did finally receive it, it was 3 hours old.

Terrible pizza there was barely any cheese on it. By the time I got home it looked like it had sat out on my counter all night, and had almost no flavor except for the crust. I don’t think it was the employees fault just really bad pizza. Really wish I hadn’t wasted my hard earned money for that. It won’t happen again!

My sister and I came here a couple months ago and just felt uncomfortable as soon as we walked in. I’m taking our order was super nice but there’s another guy that was saying I hate this location and then there was a guy with the ponytail that was throwing stuff around right in front of us in the back because he was upset about something and cussing. Worst papa johns. Estimated delivery was 30 minutes called after 45 they said there’s only one delivery driver. Ok. We wait an hour and half we called again and they said the delivery driver has been gone for a long time but he’s heading to us. After we say we should’ve gotten a call if it was going to take this long, he hung up on us. We decided to go to the restaurant as we are starving at this point. The cashier hands me a disgusting looking pizza that has been sitting there for likely since I ordered it. I wanted them to remake it and they said I could get it remade tomorrow. Everyone was just standing around. I told him I wanted a pizza tonight not tomorrow I am starving and haven’t eaten all day. And the cashier said “You should try working my job”. I left the pizza there that I paid $30 for. He called my boyfriend the n-word as we left.
