Always a problem here in lawton. None of the pizzas were cut, no sauce or peppers that’s usually come with them either. Did they stop including those?. The cheese sticks weren’t cut either and the cheese was on the box not the sticks.

I’ve always grew up eating papa johns, so when I moved from Dallas up here to lawton. I was so excited to try it. Spent $60 bucks. It was awful, I was so mad. The pizza wasn’t cooked fully, I ordered bacon and blk olives there were 3 olives on the pizza on 1 slice. Didn’t even see the bacon. Wasn’t cooked all the way. No sauce when I ordered 5. Which they charge a $1 for. Cheese sticks were soggy. ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD. Not exaggerating either!! Awful. Lost my business!!

I gave 4 stars because of the circumstances being that Papa Johns (2112 Cache Rd. Lawton, Oklahoma) is only allowed to take phone orders and drive through due to CO VID19. I tried to get through on the phone but never did so we decided to use the drive thru. The young lady that helped us was friendly. We ordered the new papapelita(sp?). and waited at the window. A gentleman came to the window and asked my husbands name. He went to see about our order and came back with “its in the oven Could you park and I’ll bring it to you. We parked and was there waiting while four vehicles went through, got their order and left. I ended up walking back to the drive thru and asked about our order. The gentleman took my receipt, checked the hot table and handed me our order. In all fairness, they were pretty dog gone busy. We got home and the crust of both orders was just this side of being burned. It was tasty inside. Like I said. In all fairness they were really busy. And the filling tasted good. So will I try them again? You bet!! Actually I think papa johns is a good place and after things go back to normal it will be an excellent spot.

Service was good and the preparation was actually really fast for the time of day and week. But the food was simply not good. The pizza wasn’t really warm, and for a works pizza, there wasn’t much in it(reference picture). Very doughy and not much else. I get Papa John’s maybe 2x a month and this was my worst experience in while.

Where are the toppings??? I think there is 5 pepperonis very little bacon and a few onions I did not ask for a doughy cheese pizza. Won’t order from them again. I will stick with other pizza places.

Ordered pizza last night it had a strong chemical taste to it after a few slices. I tried to call the manager she said she would not refund my money. She tried to blame it on me having an unknown allergy I wasn’t the only one who complained from it having a chemical taste not only this I know exactly what my allergies are as I have been to the allergy clinic in OKC. We ordered 2 different pizzas with the same result I had my own pizza the other person had his own pizza both had the chemical taste. We did not try each other’s pizza. We like to order a pizza for both of us we get what we want and have as dinner and lunch the next day. The chemical taste will not go away after brushing teeth several times and drinking coke. Health department needs to investigate this issue and will be trying to get a hold of them asap. Anyone seeing this do not order pizza from this store go anywhere else. Edit: I contacted corporate I was supposed to get a call from the general manager and have not received a call with the time limit I was given by corporate.

So having driven from MD to OK over the weekend and arriving at a house that we are in the process of unpacking, we decided to order some pizza seeing as it is convenient and doesn’t require much of our still-packed cutlery. As usual, my wife and I bickered over where to order from (she likes Papa John’s, I think just about anywhere else is better) before settling on Papa John’s. Now I don’t really like Papa John’s Pizza; but this review is not biased it is fair. We ordered 2 pizzas, regular crust, and a 2 liter (see photo). The cheese pizza was cut into pieces worse off than my 2 year old could have done with a butter knife. The second pizza was not only thin crust, which is not what I ordered, but it was also not cut AT ALL. Not even an attempt. Which worked out great seeing as my pizza cutter is in some box somewhere in the kitchen. After struggling to cut slices out of it with a lame butter knife, I ate it. And now, as I type this, I’m paying for it. The wife and I both have had…let’s say “unnatural” bowel movements since eating it. Glad I paid attention to the less than 3 star review average before ordering…get fat Boyz pizza or dominoes, both are far better and have not messed up any of my orders since I’ve been here (a few months before the house).
