Been loving Papa Johns for a long time and this is the worst experience yet. Ordered online w/o a problem, got the pizza fast but then the delivery driver tried to blackmail me into giving him more tip money before giving me what I had already paid and tipped for. When I refused and told him he had what I would tip and that he was paid to do the job and tips were at my discretion not his he then left with the pizza and said he would just say he couldn’t find the place. I then called the store to report him and all they did was offer a refund. Look I don’t know the financials of the delivery driver and he doesn’t know mine but if the job you are doing doesn’t pay you enough find another one don’t try to blackmail those you are delivering to for your extra income…… This store seems to have a lot of bad reviews now that I am looking at this. Sad rep from this location from a business I have only ever had good experiences with before.

Talk about a roller coaster of emotions here. So I’m here in Enid for work, haven’t had Papa Johns in a while and I was craving it. I generally prefer Dominos but I was craving Papa Johns tonight. My last two experiences (one in OKC the other in League City, TX) were less than one star experiences, so I wanted to give it one more shot. I placed my order at 10:15pm on a Thursday night via their app, and once placed, it said my order would be delivered in 115-125 minutes. Yeah, not a typo, screenshot included. I called the place and asked if it would really take that long. Christian answered and he was cool, down to earth. He said his system said the same thing, and the reason why was because he only had one driver tonight (kind of odd, but whatever). He didn’t want to promise me anything, but he said it would probably only take 45 minutes.

I’ll admit I screwed up ordering my dinner online by not checking to make sure the order was correct when I placed it. For whatever reason it didn’t change the sauce from tomato to alfredo. That said the manager was soo nice and helpful. I appreciate that they were willing to right the mistake that wasn’t their fault. We will definitely be repeat (but more cautious so as not to make mistakes) customers! 10/10 will totally order from here again. The delivery driver was also very nice and friendly. They made the overall experience a positive one when they’d have been well within their rights to say “not our problem”.

I ordered a pizza yesterday. It took them an hour and a half to deliver the pizza. I called the store around 7:50 to ask what was going on, and at first I was told that my order didn’t process only for that to be changed to the delivery guy leaving at 7:00 to deliver 3 pizzas. My pizza was lukewarm, the sauces listed on the receipt were wrong but that didn’t matter because they didn’t give me any sauce at all, and they left out the Parmesan packets that I specifically asked for. The person on the phone didn’t care, which isn’t surprising but I would have appreciated at least a good acting job.

i have spent over an hour trying to place an order. the website and app wont let you checkout. i called the local business but was told the special was online only but they could offer me the same deal for $6 more, so i tried to order on my son’s account online, wouldnt work. i tried to call back for 10 minutes and no one answered the phone. it would ring and then someone would hang up. i was polite, just trying to order dinner. i was a loyal Papa Johns customer for many years. they apparently dont value my business. i will go elsewhere in the future.

I drive truck for a living so usually in a different place every night. I have been a long time Papa John’s customer and have always preferred there pizza over others. I ordered last night and use points I’ve accumulated over time for a pizza to be sent to my hotel I was staying at. I ordered about 11pm. Was told 21-31 min and I’ll have it. Well not only did I not receive what I asked for, the quality of the pizza was horrible, not barely warm at all, and it didn’t get to me till after midnight. Then the manager on duty last night was so out of it she didn’t seem to even care. So I called back today and complained again and I keep getting the run around. Called the 800 number to papa John’s and made a big complaint. We shall see what happens from there. Supposed to get it handled. Worst papa John’s I’ve ever been to.
