Showed up when it said it would be ready, the ladies working told me they didn’t have an order for that. I got my phone to show them the order and then they started remaking it. I asked for my money back and the lady told me “it only takes 4 minutes”. This is horrible service, I would have went someplace else.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the employees that I have always dealt with are polite and professional… the food is hit and miss. Sometimes it’s pretty good others not so much. But these new papa bowls, I hope you’re not too hungry. They’re basically the toppings off of maybe 3 pieces of pizza. Definitely will not order this again. Also the case with the papadillias, not much there either. Every once in a while you can get a good pizza though

I ordered 5 heart shaped pizzas for my staff at lunchtime. All went smoothly until I opened the boxes and discussed 3 of them were on the verge of being burned. Definitely way too brown or well done. I called the store to let them know expecting a bit of empathy but none given. I have never ordered from them before and liked the novelty of the heart shape but will be hard pressed to order from them again.

Papa John’s in bartlesville used to be my favorite pizza. Not anymore! Last 2 times I purchased pizzas they have been terrible! Crust tastes old and reminds me of cardboard. Ingredients don’t taste fresh anymore. I wonder if it’s new management. I won’t be back. I do not suggest this place.
