Usually won’t order here when I’m thinking about pizza for dinner, but I wanted to give that cool ranch pizza a shot. I also order a basic plane cheese pizza with cheese stuffed crust. Got all the way home and it was a pepperoni stuff crust pizza… which would be ok but we don’t eat pork. When I tried to call back for them to make it right it was like pulling teeth for them to just look up my order. When I came back to pick up the pizza they were supposed to make right, it looked like it was just dropped on the ground. NEVER coming back to this one, terrible customer services and manager.

I completed an order on a Monday at 5pm for a 6pm delivery. That seems like plenty of time however the actual delivery was over 30 minutes late. And when I contacted the location about this, I received nothing but excuses. To make things worse, the young lady I spoke to was extremely rude. I’m very disappointed in the lack of service from this Papa John’s. There is a Dominos, Pizza Hut, Little Cesar’s and Mazzios near by. So I will NOT order from Papa John’s ever again. Breaks my heart because the pizza is good but one of your employees ruins the experience. What a shame.

Delivery seemed fast which was nice. The NY (pictured) is definitely just a regular large pizza and the 505 Hatch Chili was pretty undercooked – not sure if that’s normal bc of all the toppings.

This place is a total circus. Can’t deliver to the right address (on multiple occasions) and the manager can’t issue a proper refund because of it. I also witnessed a delivery driver back into a pickup truck on the little street behind the store and didn’t stick around to exchange information with the customer who was in the store.

Ordered $70 of food to receive a 3 meat pizza that looks like a cheese, jalapeno poppers that were crushed, and a cookie that was like a brick. I called to talk to a manager and they agreed to make me a new one but didn’t act like they cared a whole lot that they gave me a bad pizza in the first place and told me the only way they would replace it was if I brought the old pizza up there. When I went to replace the pizza the overall appearance of the store was dirty and dingy and the worker was not utilizing gloves (even in the middle of a pandemic). Overall I’m wondering why I spent $70 dollars on a bunch of subpar food that’s no better than a frozen pizza at walmart. Will not be ordering from here again.

I placed an order and never received it. Didn’t get a call back or any type of answer on why it didn’t get delivered. I waited over an hour and 45 minutes. I ordered at 11:45. And never heard back. Even tried to call the store, even other stores. But they are not organized. They couldn’t tell me what happened. Worst pizza experience ever. Will not order from here again.. unless they make it right.
