Not many things nice to say about the food quality or attention to customers orders. On July 10 my wife ordered a XL New York pizza and Oreo bites. The pizza was customized to be well done. The pizza was undercooked and not an attempt to assure being well done. Tried calling store but it was after 11pm and no one answered. Made contact next day and job was not complete with it being credited to our account for replacement, as I found out tonight 7/22 that customer service and making sure to bring people back for your business is not important as the manager tonight basically called me a liar cause someone else didn’t do there job! One thing I know is I will not spend money at this location any more.

So I have sat here debating on leaving a review and have decided. On 10/1 we ordered an extra large works pizza. We ate part of a slice and it was blah and way under cooked. What has happened to papa johns quality? It use to be our go to spot, now points expire and the prices have increased but the quality has went down. The last 3 pizzas we have gotten from this location have left us feeding it to our dogs. I scraped the topping off we tried to cook it longer but decided to give it to the dogs instead. Step it up papa johns.

My food had to sit in the warmer (food was not great) because they messed up and forgot an item on my order. The guy at the counter was not very friendly at all and made it out to be my fault. We are from out of town so it is unlikely that we will return anyway, but I would order elsewhere.

Store uses Door Dash, learned this tonight. My particular driver left my food on the porch and never rang my doorbell, never knocked, nothing. Took the tip though, that was cool. Called the store to ask WTH and was offered compensation, but chalked it up to a lesson learned. Warming up my oven to reheat my dinner now. Will be carrying out from here on.
