They do this all the time. Barely any cheese. Sometimes a pizza will even be burnt and they’ll deliver it and you’ll call and they’ll try to act like they have no idea what you’re talking about. I’ve called many times and complained to the manager but evidently she could care less. These are the people that want to make more money per hour too. Yeah right. Can’t even make cheesy bread right. 1/5 stars and I’m done with papa johns til I move to another city and will give it another chance MAYBE.

The picture speaks louder than anything I’m about to say but I called to talk the manager (who refused to give me his name and worked on February 10th 2023 @ around 9 pm at this exact location) about my ordering not meeting my expectations and his reply was “you’re lying. there’s no way that came out my kitchen cold/prepared wrong” Then I asked for a refund and he rudely declined and informed me I can only get credits for This specific store. And I also tipped 5$ all to not be satisfied with my order.

So, last night I left a bad review for Papa John’s. Because I didn’t receive a call or my pizza after waiting almost 2 hours. But I did talk to management today and explained the situation. Mastayla, the manager I spoke with, she went above and beyond and discounted my food and apologize on behalf of one of her night manager that continuously does that to other customers. I think that he needs to be held accountable for all of the bad reviews that he is getting the restaurant. But it’s great to know that they still have a few other good people in that company. So I am thankful for her doing what she could and for her stepping up. I will definitely try to order again whenever it’s during the day.

We order pizza for a sulmber party with my nieces and nephews. My husband got a slice before heading to bed and there was a Clear push pin IN the pizza!!!! It was in his mouth, he had just took his first bite. Thank goodness it did not stab him and non of the kids were the ones to get it. I called to complain they offered a credit and I said I would never eat there again!!! They are returning our money but the manager I spoke with the second time was just rude. You would think if they were sorry or even cared they would have some remorse. Here are the pictures!!

Let me just say papa johns has been my go to pizza place for the pizza it’s self and the wings and breadstick, this will forever be my pizza place to order from ordered a large cheese pizza did take a few minutes only to figure why it took so long and man I have got to say whoever was working at this location tonight deserves a handle of Jim beam and a pack of cigarettes 100% recommend this place they will fight for what’s there’s.

Have been a long term customer of this location with no issues, but New Years Eve 2020 in the pouring rain was another story. Our $55 on-line order did not go thru – I did not learn this until I went the drive thru. I then ‘thought’ I was asked to pull around and go into the lobby to figure it out.
