Horrible customer service. Ordered 2 pizzas and only got one delivered. Called to ask where our second one was and the lady claimed she would contact the driver and get back to me. Waited an hour with no contact at all. Had to call again. She said the driver went home and had no idea where the pizza went. Fortunately, she voided the transaction but was very rude about it. Never again, will I order from this location.

At this branch the employee is so rude, I order meat pizza, but they delivered pepperoni sausage. I tried to call them at 8 pm to inform them that the pizza they delivered is incorrect. But the person who answered the phone won’t give a name. And she got attitude on the phone and she hang up on me. BAD EXPERIENCE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Pizza on it’s way since 2 hours.. when we called the manager (hard to reach) she simply tell us «we only have one delivery guy so if you want your pizza just wait and goodbye» before hanging of. On this Friday night (13 January 2023) ordering at 8pm, it’s 10pm as of right now, pizza just got delivered.. cold of course

The manager Lynetta was horrible the two girls that worked inside were very nice. I want to cancel my order because I had asked the girls inside if there was a place my puppy could use the bathroom they told me outside on the grass lynetta started yelling at me just jumped out of the car started yelling at me that the dog wasn’t allowed to go there and I told her I’d just asked inside she said I don’t care I’m the manager. And had a atrocious attitude over it cuz I didn’t have a bag in my hand the dog had to go really bad and I forgot to grab them from the car I would have cleaned it up. Still no way to treat a customer especially after I told her I would clean it up. Oh and by the way the dogs only 3 months old.
