If it’s going to take 25 mins just say that. Don’t tell me “it’s coming out of the oven right now” when it’s 25 mins away from being ready. I get that y’all get busy, just tell the truth no reason to lie other than laziness which was reflective in the bad pizza. GOTO PIZZA HUT instead much better food and THEY WONT LIE TO YOU

I ordered a cheese pizza. I was given a pizza with pepperoni when I called to say what had happened they told me they could remake.

Placed an order – XL the works. 9 minutes later received a text it was ready!! I’ve never had a pizza company make and bake an XL pizza in 9 minutes. Got home and sure enough, the pizza was made for someone else that had canceled their order. The pizza had two ingredients I didn’t order. I don’t like a company betraying my trust and giving me a leftover pizza someone didn’t want. I want be back..

Good pizza, nice staff. Love that they do curbside pickup where they walk it out to you.

I wanted to give a written review of how great the service and pizza was but the website wouldn’t let me type nor submit the review. On an iPhone it blocked out the keyboard and submit capabilities. Apparently I’m doing something wrong?? Stuffed crust and spinach Alfredo were . . . awesome!!!

Ordered the parmesean crusted smoky bacon papadia expecting it to look similar to the picture and description online. What I received was an inedible burnt crust lathered in bbq sauce and minimally “stuffed” with bacon. Asked for a refund and I was told that this is what the sandwich should look like. I received a refund after asking Brittany if she would eat a sandwich that looked like the one I received.

First time Papa John’s pizza and it was excellent, pizza that I remember from the old days before pizzas became conveyer belt pizzas. Ingredients were fresh, it was still nice and warm when it was delivered. Definitely my go-to pizza!

Tried to order take out as I’m less than a mile down the road and almost a half hour towards closing. I could place pick up online with credit card. Reviews show lots of messed up orders and basically stealing money. I wanted to pay cash in the store in case it happened to me or if they burned the food, ect. ect. Tried to help out by calling in for pick up to help a driver get off on time but was told to order online. I only wanted a papadia because no one else sells calzones anymore and I had a craving. Delivery fee is 5 dollars, it’s not a tip, I shouldnt have to pay insurance for a half mile trip. Minimum requirement of 14.99, I was a few cents short after tax, I absolutely would not tip the driver even if I for some reason paid twice the price it would have been for a carryout. I’m not letting any business up sell me like that. Literally a half mile away. Business is business I suppose but don’t make it hard on the customer. Dominoes is better and goes the extra mile in my experience and never not delivers food with no refund as reported here. No ridiculous 25 dollar pizzas, 20 percent discounts on all items with carryout. Pizza Hut is pricier but they at least have options like stuffed crust to justify it. Im easy going but after this weird policy stuff along with the reviews, Papa Johns wont cross my thoughts when im hungry for pizza. I don’t order from PJ anyway, not for any particular reason but this store in particular sounds like a mockery of the franchise not even considering my own complaint. Glad I didn’t listen to my stomach

Ordered for delivery online, charged my bank and took the money then the order “failed” and there was nothing they would do for me. Wonderful customer service . Taken my money and no help at all even when I drove to location to try to sort it out. Wouldn’t even give me a discount on another carry out order after having been robbed 30$ on a “non existent” delivery order. Pizza isn’t bad but customer service is very lacking. I won’t plan on returning to this store .

Store is a mess, when I walked in – workers leaning on the front counter, one worker at the register had a Tshirt on,- not sure if she even worked there. The pizza I ordered was decent but the Philly cheese steak I got and wanted to try hardly had any ingredients in it. Not worth the price . No garlic sauce in the pizza and I guess they stopped putting pepperoncini’s in with the pizza too. For the amount I paid I’ll be going to other places. Allen’s store has gone down terribly
