If you are hungry please go anywhere else. We placed an online order and didn’t receive one of our pizzas. Also ordered extra cheese on the pizza we DID receive and the pizza was paper thin, literally had practically no sauce or cheese. After calling several times (with ridiculously long hold times) and never even getting someone to answer the phone (yes even the manager) we are still out for the payment for the food and the food itself. Looks like it’s Domino’s for us for now on.

I just ordered 2 pizzas from that location and a bottle of pepsi as it is available on the website. I get to the location and the lady there states they do not have pepsi and just some other soda (see the picture). I ask them for receipt as none was sent to my email as this was online order. On the receipt is the pepsi that they do not have. The lady never mentioned anything about refunding and item that was not available. So I asked, “aren’t you going to refund the amount” and another lady on the back who claimed to be the Supervisor stated “if it is processed we can not refund it” …. I was speechless. Then she tells me that she needs to refund the entire order and charge me again or give me a voucher for that amount. All I want is the item that is listed on the website as available and that I was charged for.

The last 2 times I have ordered pizza from them I have gotten cold pizza and items missing on my order. Last time they forgot my cheese sticks and extra marinara sauce and soda. And the pizza arrived cold and was left outside on the ground without even knocking we found it way later when we opened the door to take the trash out. This time they forgot the 5 extra garlic sauces we paid for. Also pizza was cold doordash driver showed up with pizza in his hand and no warming bag or nothing. When I called the store I got some kid answering the phone and he was like sorry do you want me to just refund the garlic sauces or I can make my delivery driver bring some. No thanks by the time he brings the sauces the pizza will be colder then it already is have to reheat pizza already. He said he refunded just the sauce and it should take several business days to see refund and if I don’t see it I need to call my bank. Complete trash service and quality. Just save yourself the headache and disappointment and do like we will do in the future order from dominos or Pizza Hut.

I ordered on Online, 2 large pizzas with the price of $19.99 and taxes included. I’ve ordered the same 3 times before. This is the last time I will order at this location. I received 2 medium pizzas instead. I called and no one answers the phone to speak to manager. No customer service. No communication. No professionalism. Not even my papa awards shown up. I’m highly disappointed and not satisfied.

Last time I order from here. I ordered for a large group and the driver was almost 30 minutes late and didn’t follow basic instructions. Also, they were unable to accept my payment after multiple attempts because of their user error. Pizza shouldn’t have been this difficult to order. Heading back to iFratellis!

The manager Alex is a rude person and has no ethics to speak with a customer. I ordered to large pizza’s well done and I know how well done is. It is nicely baked not burnt to ashes. The pizza was clearly overcooked and burnt like cardboard and the manager was not at all interested in even listening to the concern. She was outright rude and was not interested in even speaking empathetically. Here are some pictures u guys be the judge. This is the first time I had such an experience at papa John’s which is well known for customer service. Really upset about it. It is not about the money but about the loyalty of customers.

We used to love this location sadly dont bother to call.. actually before you place your online order I dare you to call!!! Why? This is by far the worst franchise I have ever ordered from. I called to complain about my cold pizza and these nasty wings that they sent me. The person on the phone that claimed to be the manager hung up on me, blocked my number, and refused to give me a refund. I asked for the owners information and they said I need to find that information on my own. I want my money back!!! Your store should be shut down! No wonder your ratings are 2.8!!
