The other sad reviews are spot on. I placed an order for 2 pizzas and wings. After an hour and 15 mins my order still said being prepared. When I called the store to see about my order, I was met with a snarky attitude and told they push their deliveries out to DoorDash , which I had no knowledge of and they have no idea when it will be delivered but it’s “probably gonna late”. Needless to say I advised to cancel my order and refund my money and ordered dominio’s. Take notes papa John’s, domino’s can actually deliver and did it less than 35 mins! I see why papa John’s is in decline! 5 stars for dominos for coming through!

Ordered at 6:29pm, order arrived a 7:46pm. Pizza wasn’t hot and barely warm. I ordered on the Papa John’s website but the delivery was given to DoorDash without my knowledge. I would not recommend delivery here.

I ordered a pizza and when I tracked it it showed delivered but it was not here. I called the location and the lady who answered at 9pm said she had to take it off her screen but it is on the way. I told her that made no sense. I asked for the manager and she said she is the manager. I asked her name and she said she didn’t have to give her name. She hung up on me. Pizza was to be here at 847 and the 1st call was at 9. I called back and she continued being rude and I still don’t have a pizza at 915. I’m in customer service and this lady should be fired.

waited 7 minutes for my order, which was ready, while the clerk helped one person who had forgotten his pin number and kept trying to guess it. line formed behind me of 3 other people waiting to pick up their orders. why not take the 15 seconds it takes to hand me my order and then help the other guy?

Ordered pizza, an hour later they called me and said it would be arriving and they refunded my money. No “sorry” no attempt to possibly make up for the issue, just a “sorry boutcha” from their outsourced customer service department. There are hundreds of places to get pizza in this town, avoid this spot.

Why is everyone an a**hole in here?? There’s six of them and no one is concerned about customer service. Completely content to let customers stand there and never greet or speak to them and pretend not to see you. Just awful!! Its worth the drive to go anywhere else!
