This was my first time going to this location due to multiple poor experiences at the Broadway location. I came inside and everyone was super nice all smiles and extremely respectful. Zach the manager was AWESOME he truly made this experience worth the drive. He actually cares about his establishment and most importantly how the clients are treated. I will gladly give them my business and continue to drive to this location to experience this amazing crew. Again Zach thank you so much sir! The restaurant looked really clean and shiny. I got exactly what I ordered which is rare these days for any restaurant. The app is how I ordered and it actually got closed out somehow during ordering after I had chose everything I wanted to order. I was really frustrated but then when I opened up the page again everything was back where it needed to be and I could just continue to order which I was very relieved by. Good job!

Food never showed, but states delivered on the App. Called the store, spoke to someone who said the delivery driver said he handed to the person standing in front of the house. That certainly didn’t happen or we wouldn’t be calling to find out where it is. Basically called us liars and then hung up on us. Horrible customer service and delivery driver is probably enjoying our pizza. Lol

The pizza was a mess & looked like they dropped it or shook the box. The girl on the phone didn’t understand, but repeated the order fine. They delivered the same messed up order 2 Times & the delivery guy tried to tell me I didn’t tip him 1st time? It was strange & a Horrible Experience. Maybe they were having a REALLY off day, but I won’t be ordering from there again.

Gawd Awful. I ordered two large pizzas, one pepperoni and one hawaiian, for over $60. I’ve had better for $5 at Little Caesars. Is there a sauce shortage? Neither of these pizzas had much sauce at all. The dough was too thick and dry, likely due to the lack of sauce. The cheese was sparse. When you pay this kind of money for pizza, it damned well better be at least halfway decent. Imagine my disgust having paid a fortune and receiving not even a feeble attempt at making something that would pass as pizza. What an absolute disappointment.

I ordered one large thin crust pizza for a total of just over $30.As I watched through the Papa John’s app. I could see that the restaurant quickly got on to building my pizza.I then watched as their delivery partner Doordash as they took almost 40 minutes to deliver said Pizza.The pizza arrived Stone Cold.Nothing even close in value to the $30 I spent for one large pizza. I will choose a different store for my next order. I could have gotten a cold pizza from the freezer section at Tom Thumb for 6$ and been just as satisfied and with 24$ extra in my pocket.I wanted to edit this review to state that the pizza had it been fresh and hot would have been great. It was the long delivery time that made it cold and soggy.
