I order a XL New York style pizza. I received a cold medium sized regular pizza. Also I am sure my delivery driver ate a slice based on the way the crusts did not like up and pizza was already torn apart in the box.

Ordered for delivery was not called about not having 2 liters and was given small drinks instead. Not enough to account for the two 2 liters I was supposed to get and then one of the pizzas was completely destroyed. May not seem like too much of a problem but I have an Autistic child who now won’t eat it and that one was specifically for her.

I made an order never received anything after an hour and a half. I tried calling and kept getting hung up on. So I re ordered online so they could call me back. (To tell me they dont have stuffed crust) because they called me back after the first order so it was my only way of speaking to someone there without getting hung up on.And when they called back the lady was very rude and hung up on me again. Absolute worst service possible. And kept my family waiting over an hour for an order that they never made!

Hey everyone here to put my 2 cents in the reviews. I used to work here for 2 years 2015-2016 back in high school and the pizza was top tier and under different management who actually cared about pizza quality. Unfortunately it’s now under poor management with workers whom seem to not care about their jobs. I ordered a delivery order for about $50 and waited over 3 hours. I ended up driving to the store and was told uber eats picked it up for me and it said delivered. I guess they do not hire actual drivers anymore and only use door dash and uber eats. Poor service and terrible quality this place is going under. Sad case.

Shut this place down. It shouldn’t even be considered a business because they don’t serve you. Multiple times have they FAILED. Once waited hours and got a cold pizza then tonight was my last straw. Placed and order and then got a weird call from their intl line saying that they don’t know why but the store is not accepting orders so they have to cancel my order and the store doesn’t answer. Either hire people who want a job or Close your business as an owner clearly you don’t care because all the ratings are horrible and not sure how you make money when you don’t sell pizza.

Always trust your guts. I walked in and started to turn around. Everyone is running around in there with their coats and sweaters on. No uniform. Looking they literally came off the streets and started working in the clothes they had on 2 weeks ago. The pizza looks like it was thrown together. Then to add insult to injury, I found a piece of wood in the pizza. NEVER AGAIN I will buy from that location.

Place is disgusting !!! The black lady at the counter wouldn’t give me the pizza i paid for due to “the system not printing my receipt “ when i walked in paid for the pizza 15 earlier and it was confirmed! At first she advised that i could provide a screenshot of payment then that changed to a i could try followed by a swift no and told me to dispute it with my bank. There is no reason after watching a camera waiting over 30 min to leave empty handed! I guess that why they lost there contract with many sponsors there employees were all covered in flour not clean and not washing there hands after touching the computer!! If you have any common sense you wouldn’t go here !!

I ordered 2 pizzas through Uber eats that cost me nearly 40 dollars with extra costs added. With that being said I’d expect Papa Johns to meet the minimum expectations I’ve asked for. On one of my pizzas I clearly asked for no cheese but what’d they do… they added cheese. My boyfriend is lactose intolerant and absolutely cannot eat it so I’ve wasted my time and money on something he can’t eat. 0 stars. Don’t recommend. I’ll never eat here again.
