Placed my food order in after a long shift at work, I didn’t really have the energy to cook and papa johns is the only place that delivers to me. The approximate delivery time came and went but no driver showed up, so I checked my tracker page and saw that it was still on “making”. I reloaded the page and was greeted by a page that said that my order was cancelled.

I placed an order for delivery. They called to tell me my order was canceled because they didn’t have any drivers. They never asked if I could possibly pick it up. I reordered and made it for pick up. Before we arrived at the store, I received a text that my order was ready. I sent my granddaughter in with the money. She paid and waited. After about 10 minutes, I called her to see what was taking so long. I went in and asked if the order was ready or not. They took an additional 5 – 10 minutes looking at boxes trying to locate our order. While standing there waiting, I observed the guy making pizzas and not wearing any gloves!!! I was about to ask for my money back when they came with the order. This was my first time and will definitely be my last time ordering from them!!

Ordered pizza & wings. The wings had no sauce & the “stuffed crust” pizza was no where near being stuffed. The chicken poppers had something green on the inside. Called the manager to request they make the food correctly. He tried to charge me extra to add sauce to dry wings & refused to fix the pizza. Nothing said about the chicken poppers. The food & customer service have seriously declined. I respectfully asked for a refund. Don’t waste your time or money. Go to a place that still values their customers.

Found a bug on my pizza once delivered. I called the store to tell them, they said they wanted me to bring the pizza to them to make sure I wasn’t lying. When I brought the pizza back, They didn’t even apologize, just said they would remake. Slightly inconvenient considering I’m paying a delivery fee and not even being reimbursed for returning back to the store.Will not be ordering from here again.

Wish I would have know before I just spent $30, reading the review everything makes sense. I walked in, employee was eating pizza in the food area chilling. The young lady who gave me my food had a I’m over it attitude. Most importantly though, you come to papa johns for the pizza and mine sucked. Not enough sauce on the pizza and overcooked and super chewy almost gave me a left overs vibe. Crust was to brown to even eat and that’s our favorite part. Last time eating here especially for the price. Dominoes even little ceasers in Mesquite is far better, so disappointing when your crazy some good pizza
