I ordered pizza for my coworkers on 1/10 in the evening. My pizzas arrived in a timely manner but after I opened the boxes, it was obvious they feel over. The toppings were off the pizza and on the cover. No big deal. I called to simply inform them of what happened. Didn’t ask for anything in return, just wanted to inform them. They put me onto the manager that was working that night and she asked if I wanted a return. Since it was offered, I agreed. She even gave me her number to text her the pics, to which I obliged. Never heard back and never got my return. If you have no intentions of fixing the problem, don’t offer.

An order I had put in online was quite late – was frustrated for a bit. I called the store to see what the hold up was. The manager was amazing! Was very apologetic and explained the difficulties well. The delivery driver was also very nice and apologetic. Normally, one would not think to write a review for this situation. However, compared to their competitors, their customer service is way better. Which makes the situation a lot better and it should be highlighted.

We ordered pizza for delivery and were told it would be 90 minutes. That’s a little ridiculous, however, ok, I get it, 90 minutes it is. 2 hours and 15 minutes later, still no pizza. We called the store and the girl we talked to made no apologies and just said ok, we’ll cancel your order. Obviously, more than 2 hours later, our order still hadn’t left the store. Absolutely ridiculous!

This is my first time ordering Papa Johns Pizza. Honestly I was disappointed. I order a large Beef and chicken pizza that pizza was a little better than my second pizza it had little bit of tomato sauce and the cheese wasn’t as dry. But the Large Pepperoni pizza with bacon was dry it didn’t have any tomato sauce on the pizza and there was not much bacon and pepperoni it was more of a dry cheese pizza. I’m disappointed..

Terrible script for call in order. Want first & last name before they’ll tell you their prices. Then at pick up I had to wait for guy on phone with call in order b/c only 1 computer working for payment. Then guy class his boss about that order instead of just getting my order, which is just sitting there.. M cheese was $13+ so even if it taste good, it’s not worth the hassle. If it weren’t for neice I would have walked out.

I placed an order via the Papa John’s App at around 3:55pm, and the app indicated that it would take 33 – 43 minutes. Long story short, it took closer to 2 hours to get my order, and when I received it, the food (pizza and garlic knots) was cold, garlic knots overdone and the order was incomplete (I ordered a bundle for $22, which included a side, a 2 Liter beverage and a pizza [up to 5 toppings])…they did not bring my 2 Liter beverage. This has been by far the worst experience I’ve had with any Papa John’s location!

This location went Above & Beyond for my family yesterday. We hired a food truck for our Celebration of Life ceremony that decided to no-showed on us. We went into panic mode and decided pizza would be easiest for us, never thinking how hard of a task it would be for the store. We ordered 13 pizzas from them total, 12 were XL and there were only 2 people working! Megan the manager was awesome, she assisted our friend in getting everything ordered with care and empathy. We appreciate y’all springing into action to help us in such a panicked moment. Thank you so much ❤️

5/14 – I ordered a 2 litter soda with my order … the store made a decision to substitute it with 3 (20 oz) sodas. I called to explain that I have four guests and only three sodas. The female who answered the phone exchanged that she didn’t appreciate my attitude – I provided as a customer I didn’t appreciate a substitution without a notification on products I paid for. This was my first and last experience with this store! It has been over 10 years since I purchased something from Papa John’s and I see that customer service is still not a priority! Heads up Papa John’s courtesy and communication would have solved this issue and exceeded expectations with this customer.
