It’s like Ray Charles was raised from the dead to create this pizza! The slices was supper big to super tiny. I ordered the Brooklyn style pizza with pepperoni how do you guys forget the pepperoni? Keep in mind soon as I open the app this pizza was being advertised! They decided to take the additional toppings I ordered & place it on one slice of the pizza. Perhaps they wanted us to get one good slice ? This is someone that doesn’t want to be at work! I have small children and a family to feed the manager came across nonchalant & dismissive he did offer to remake it but considering all that happened I didn’t trust them remaking my family dinner. He did issue a full refund. We have ordered in store and usually have no issues. I couldn’t understand the reviews being so negative until aha I order online avoid this place like the plague and go to another location! It’s now way past our dinner time thanks Papa Johns and management!!!

I was a little worried with all the bad reviews. But both my pizzas were great. They delivered them on time and they were both well made. Maybe I got lucky? Or maybe they got better staff? I’m just happy with my pizza. I’ll order again from this location.

Great experience with this location and their Manager, Marcus. I accidentally misinterpreted a special and ended up getting an extra large pizza by mistake- it was my mistake. I called into the store make it right and pay for the extra pizza once I realized the mistake, and Marcus said the pizza was on the house and not to worry about it. The staff was all very friendly, very helpful, and very expeditious with my order. Thanks to Marcus for a great experience!

This is my 4th or so time ordering from here. They ALWAYS mess something up. I’ll give them credit, they usually don’t burn the pizza, but everytime I’ve order breadsticks, garlic rolls, or pappadillas, they are always burnt. Today I ordered a large pizza and couldn’t eat it. It was harder than a rock. How is this allowed to go out of the store? How is something ALWAYS burnt?!

I’ve never had an order messed up here before, but Even though they gave me a regular instead of stuff crust this time, the manager or whoever answered the phone was so kind, apologetic and quickly got us another one delivered. I’ve had other places mess up and be so rude over the phone. The delivery guy was kind too-I offered to show him proof of the wrong order but he said no ma’am, that’s not necessary and apologized again. Sometimes being professional goes a long way even when you mess up! Thank you!

Slow to deliver my order. The cheese on the pizza slid to the side during delivery. I had to use a knife to separate each pice of pizza on the right side where all the cheese had slid.
