Is it just my orders or is it everyone else’s orders as well that always is missing something important?! How am I gonna eat pizza and not have the drink i orderd and paid for?! Yep Thank you Papa John’s for NOT answering the phone the 6 times I called and was left on hold for 15-16 minutes at a time. and NEVER spoke to anyone at all!!! Terrible if I can give no starts I would they brought me someone else order my family was real upset. I called and the manager DJ was not trying to help me out in any way he refused to re make my order and wanted to bring me back cold pizza I refused to accept the offer I asked for my money back he told us we had to take the order back to the store to get a refund. Such a terrible experience and he even hung up twice trying to avoid helping us. Never ordering from this location agin.

The driver is very sweet. I feel bad for her. But unfortunately my 3 LG pizza were cold and 2 of them were hard as rocks. Burnt and crispy. Called the store who ever I talked to was someone who doesn’t know anything about customer service. That’s $30 out the window!!!
