I this this is the only papa johns store in west Dallas you know they take approximately 15mins to make a pizza so I tried ordering online later it’s just 10mins to deliver literally they are too busy with lots of pizza boxes in store and ewwwww….

4 out of 5 stars only because they are very aggressive about getting tips. I always give tips when they deliver, but they look you dead in the eyes and watch you write it down. If you are doing carry out, they still expect something but it’s not like I dined in.

If I could give this negative stars I would. What kind of pizza is this? Easily the worst pizza I’ve had. I ordered this using Uber eats, it took over and hour to receive the pizza “papa John’s preparing order.” Apparently, it was in the oven the whole time. Awful.

Worst place ever. I ordered extra meatballs and they did not give me extra meatballs they just cut the ones that they did put in their really thin. I’ve only been here twice and both times my food was burnt. I’ve ordered the exact same thing from other stores and it was a completely different completely better product. Here they short change you they give you as few toppings as they can get away with.

As much of a fan as I was of Papa John’s, this location just solidified it and took me to another level! I ordered my food via the app and when I arrived to pick it up the gentleman told me it was not ready (even though the app said it was) and he explained why. He said they tried calling me to clarify and confirm a change I requested. He said they had done everything else except that last step because they wanted to make sure it was correct before putting it into the oven. Super impressive! He said it won’t be long for the cooking time. When the order was ready he called me and brought it straight to me. I opened the box and it was the most beautifully made pizza I’ve had from a restaurant. There was a nice amount of toppings and they were balanced so there were no bare spaces. The crust was cooked crispy and not burnt. When I bit into the first slice I already knew it was going to be hard to stop. Overall, everything was perfect. I almost don’t want to get pizza again because I honestly don’t know if another location will be able to match what this one did. They have set the bar extremely high for the future.

Guys I was really disappointed. I ordered 20 min before pick up and went in. Y’all it was all over the place, these two men, who by the way were not wearing uniform nor gloves, looked at me as if I was the reason for ruining their life. They said it’ll be ready in 5 min. For the next 20 min, I was standing there while getting judge mental looks, while it looked as if they were playing around with the food. Idk guys the food kind of tasted weird, ALSO I’m sure they cooked the Philly steak for like a sec, cause it was raw.
