I placed an order yesterday, and I wished I hadn’t. First of all, the delivery sucks. The delivery driver delivered my pizzas as if it were grocery. She pulled them out of the bag from the side, which meant that they were not laying flat, so they were squished, folded, and toppings were partially off. I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza, and there was no barbecue sauce in which I could be found. This was a waste of my money.

Just GROSS!!! The big guy that works there is absolutely disgusting. Imagine he’s there eating wings and licking his fingers while preparing customer’s orders and doesn’t use gloves! Handed me my order it was raw, I told him about it, he takes it and places it back in the oven. While I’m waiting he’s still eating and drinking while preparing orders with no gloves on. He used the filthiest pizza cutter to cut everyone’s pizza with and places it on the counter instead of getting a clean one. He needs to be fired!!! He is disgusting. I’m calling corporate because this is unacceptable as well as unsanitary!

Worst pizza place I have ever ordered from! Doesn’t even deserve 0 stars. What ever you do – don’t buy anything from this place! Always late for delivery, pizza always looks like someone on his first day with no ideas what to do prepared it, and their customer service is none existing! Was a big fan of papa Johns until I started getting my delivery from this branch, will never order from papa johns again.

Food taste good, delivery was quick. But we received the wrong drink and when promised a quick return (which we understand if there are other deliveries) but after waiting 30 minutes we had to call the store to get a promise of either a credit or the correct drink. I asked for the correct beverage and we opened our pizza (we had it waiting/warming in the oven). This is what we opened up to: a mushed, sideways pizza that honestly looked like it was dropped or had fallen in the floor of the driver’s car.

Just ordered from this horrible place. The Driver Sat pizza on ground even after I requested for them to ring doorbell to hand it to me. Pizza was ice cold. Requested wings to be cooked well done and they still delivered them half done/cold. Ruined our dinner. Tried to call back and speak to a mgr, but They kept putting me on hold, continuously. I spent $50 to get a horrible dinner

DoorDash messed up my order but the store contacted me and got on it right away. They were super kind friendly and fixed the situation right away. They were slammed busy and still managed to correct my order in a timely manner. There is a reason I keep coming here and that is why.
