Filthy establishment. Flies and plenty of dust on the tables. A friendly lady took our order. My baby sister insisted on paying the bill. She did not tip even though I advised her to do so. We waited for our order for the longest time while new customers arrived and were dispatched faster. Finally I decided to go and get a refund and the lady remembered us and gave me our order which had been ready for a while. I wonder if it was the tip issue or that we were too Hispanic, which brought us that outcome. It was my first time in life. I visited Papa John’s pizza, and it will be the last. The food taste was not to our expectations either. There is no second chance to give a first good impression. Papa John’s will not be in our restaurant list.

If you dont tip too the drivers liking they pass your order off to doordash if doordash doesnt want it there driver will have to take it but it will be a while past quoted time. I used a gift card and tried to tip 30% but it reduiced it to very little but i had cash got my quoted 25 minute pizza in over an hour.

I’ll more than likely never order from here again. The wait time was over 30 minutes but I saw the “Now Hiring” sign so I wasn’t mad about it. My grievance is with the lack of cleanliness. I’m not familiar with Papa John’s standards, but I use to work in food service and these are just things that I picked out.

3.9 score…it should be CLOSED DOWN!!! It’s been awhile since I’ve gotten a pizza here on 80. My wife wanted to try ordering a pizza on the app the day before and stop by after she dropped some groceries off at the men shelter on 80. Well on her way back she called to check on her pizza and this guy on the phone was very rude and before she could finish talking to him…he hung up. When she arrived he was still rude to my wife as she tried to de-escalate the tension/stress he may have been stricken with. My wife said that he had a tattoo on his neck…so I’m asking everyone to be in prayer for him. Especially before the day of Christmas.

I am extremely happy with this Papa Johns. I had a messed up order last time I ordered from there. They fixed it, and made it right. I had pictures, and it didn’t match the receipt so they knew I wasn’t just trying to get a free pizza. Thank you Papa Johns for the fix, and for the awesome stuffed crust, it was amazing.
