I really like Papa Johns. The pizza is always fantastic and hot. But they’re always so short staffed! Delivery usually takes about an hour (1 hr 3 minutes this latest time) so I don’t order from them as much as I might otherwise. But if you don’t mind the wait, the pizza is always great!

This location sucks!!!!! The app will let you know that it will take 119-129 minutes ONLY AFTER the order is has been placed! Then they will deliver you a cold and incorrect pizza. I called to speak to the store manager, and she just continued to cut me off and finally said that she will make another pizza and send it out again. I said, “No, because it would have taken another 2 hours to get it! Not happy. She did not even offer a credit. I would recommend ordering elsewhere. No apology. I guess its just Tyler sucking with service. They completely messed up a simple order, and it arrived cold with no credit offered. I have also liked Papa John’s for decades! Now my wife never wants it again. I’m from Frisco/Plano are and I would have never gone through this

Unacceptable. My pizza arrived as a pile of mush because it was obviously dropped. I called the store to put in a complaint. Their response was “We’re busy and are using Door dash for deliveries ” I was then offered store credit. Store credit doesn’t do me any good if I don’t plan on ordering again. The worst part was instead of taking the blame, they tried to blame Door dash. The person who dropped (literally) the food off was in a clearly marked Papa John’s uniform and had a PJ bag. I’m very disappointed in the service and handling of the food.

Ordered a pizza online, after we paid it showed that it was going to be a 2 hour wait for pizza… Most pizza places will get it done in 30 minutes or less. Went to the location and asked for a refund since I didn’t have 2 hours to spend waiting. Upon entering, the girl at the counter rolled her eyes and yelled loudly for the manager/supervisor to come give me a refund. The guy that gave a refund was very nice, but after he was done with me he immediately went back to preparing food without even washing his hands or anything.

We got dinner from this location. They cut it at first, the standard triangle pieces and then realized we requested it to be square cut. Honestly, I liked that they cut it like this, both square and triangles. Very good pizza. They were running late due to something going on and I get that. Things happen. I have worked as a delivery person and know the printer for which the orders come in on for the preparers can jam. That sends a ripple for the pizzas getting done on time and out the door. They kept us updated. The wait was worth it.

I called and ordered a large pepperoni pizza and I couldn’t hardly understand the worker so when I went to get the pizza I didn’t check it until I got home they gave me a cheese pizza instead of pepperoni I called back and told them they messed up so they gave me a pepperoni pizza
