I was enjoying my spinach Alfredo pizza until I bit into this. I called the manager and he gave me a refund but not before suggesting that the thing I found was an olive. Obviously it’s not an olive. If random objects are being baked into pizzas you should be concerned about its origin and not condescend the customer.

Driver came around 8pm to deliver food and had brought the wrong pizza. I told him this was not what we ordered and he said we’ll this is what I have and wanted to give me the order. I refused the order as it was not what I ordered and he said well ill take it back to the store with a rude voice and started walking away. My husband then told the guy he didn’t have to be rude and he needed to figure out what was wrong with our order. When I looked at the side of the box I noticed it had the wrong adress. I told him sir this is not even the correct adress. I showed him my receipt from online and he stated well I don’t know I guess let me go get your pizza. Just ordered from them a little while ago, when it came to our house all 3 pizzas were barley cooked. Not to mention everytime we oder from this location they never cut the pizza all the way through! Learning our lesson this time! We are not ordering papa John’s again.

Been eating papa John’s for years and last night I had the worst experience ever. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza. Bread sticks. And a brownie. When the driver got here the driver didnt speak English we had to use Google translate to ask him for my receipt he didn’t have one and said he didn’t no how to provide one. I received a Hawaiian pizza with bacon on it instead of ham. The bread sticks I got was basically a cheese pizza cut in stripps. The only thing right was the brownies. Paid 40.00 bucks and since no receipt was provided I couldn’t show proof of sale. This experience has made me part ways with papa johns after so many years.

Mr Tanner an employee deserve a raise. He helped alot of customers, fast and detailed oriented compared to all the other Pizza place’s..this place is super CLEAN! FAST!
