I don’t know what happened but we ordered one pizza, as well as two papa bowls. Take a look at the picture, they both had the same amount of toppings and both had extra cheese. At first I thought it just all slid over in the delivery, then I saw the other, nope. I don’t know what is going on with it. I sure miss the QC that went with the old Papa John’s, but we keep ordering hoping it will get better. Maybe lessened learned this time.

Ok listen don’t bother putting a topping on after the pizza is cooked, these jalapenos aren’t even toasted… You spend like close to $60 on a order and it comes with jalapenos just thrown on top…I’ve eaten enough pizza in my life to know what’s been done and what wasn’t done. I’d rather have had a basic pepperoni pizza at that point I’d be even more understanding if y’all forgot an ingredient and instead you try and cover it up like they went through the oven

Well, to start off, my order did arrive in a timely manner for which I was greatly appreciative. What I did not appreciate is the fact that I did not receive the 12 packages of parmasean I paid for. I mean, if all “fast food” pizza chains are going to start charging us for what used to be a free condiment, they’d better not forget it. Technically, it’s now a part of the order. Anyways, I’m getting sidetracked. The driver arrived at my door, he handed me the 3 pizzas I had ordered. Then he told me that he had a separate bag of parmasean packages in his vehicle for me, and he went to retrieve it. He then returned to my door without a bag and told me that he didn’t have any extra parmasean on him, but that they should’ve put a few in the box. Then he proceeded to gesture a fist bump like we were cool, but we were indeed not cool at all. He left, I checked the boxes, and there were zero packages of parmasean. So I set down to enjoy my large stuffed crust pizza with Philly cheesesteak and extra cheese without that heavenly parmasean sprinkled on it, but it was so very undercooked. So I feel like it was a waste of the $20 in Papa Dough points I had built up.

Worst pizza I have ever eaten… Had to remake pizza due to not paying attention to ingredients. The kid had a melt down on the make line. Remade pizza.. all toppings on one side of pizza and crust was burnt. Called and talked to manager (who sounded like he was a teenager and didn’t know what to do. I told him to just credit the account. Will not be eating here anytime soon.

I’ve gone to this papa John’s a few times and gotten delivery too and to be honest I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order from them one of there delivery drivers scares me and I saw him making threats at his coworkers he seems like a violent ill mannered man and his manager just sat there doing nothing

Ordered from them last night for the first time. For starters, it took over two hours to finally arrive. They only have one driver, which begs the question how awful must this place be to work for that you can’t keep enough workers to run your business? Secondly, the thin crust pizza was soggy, burnt on the bottom, and gross. The regular crust pizza we got was dry and waxy. It took them so long to deliver, the pizza was inedible. On top of that, even had it gotten here before being ruined by being kept under a hot lamp or whatever they used, it was still poor quality. Everything tasted bad. What a complete waste of money. I’d have gotten better quality from Little Caesars!
