Takes an eternity to get your food. 3+ hours on one occasion… another time I waited for almost 2 hours and when I looked outside the driver had left the pizza on the ground outside the door (30 degrees outside).. no knock or anything.. & forget about calling to cancel or anything because Noone EVER answers after they transfer you. It’s an absolute joke of a company.

After a horrible experience with having to wait 2 hours for pizza a few weeks ago we decided we would give them a 2nd chance. That was a big mistake. We received our pizza’s on time but they were smashed, soggy and cold. We called and they told them what was going on and they proceeded to hang up. We took the pizza’s back to get our money back and they then proceeded to call the cops on us for no reason. We will never order from here again. I hope it gets shut down, because obviously they have no understanding of customer service.

There was one worker tonight and he was absolutely amazing. He was working his butt off and doing everything he could to get orders out. There is a big ice storm and he showed up to work anyways he deserves a raise. He was slammed with orders and had to deal with mean customers. One lady was super rude and canceled her order due to the wait. That would be fine but she proceeded to complain/cause a scene which slowed down the only worker in the building. She was rude and impatient. If you get a negative review she’s a Karen and he doesn’t deserve that kind of treatment. I almost spoke up but was afraid to. Anyways he is awesome and should be highly appreciated without him the store wouldn’t function. Thank you to him for being so kind even when people are rude. Best pizza we’ve had in a minute

3rd time they ha e forgotten items on orders. Use to be good place…going down hill. Time to move on… Update 7/3/2019 I went ahead and gave them another shot and didn’t receive sauce and got a nice dropped pizza to boot.

Thanks for making my pizza. I stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence. It wasn’t until one of the cooks in the back said something that an employee finally stopped talking and came to give me my pizza.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. The manager here is a crook! We ordered pizza/bread sticks, paid a delivery fee and tipped the driver online. Pizza showed up over an hour later than we were told, the driver left it on the door step and didn’t bother to even ring the door bell and didn’t deliver one of the items. When we called to see if we could get the item. We were told we would have to come and get it. I asked for a refund on the item and was told they don’t do that. Then he hung up on me, when I called back (now quite upset) he refused to refund the cost of the undelivered item again and hung up while laughing at me. Super poor customer service, super disappointed! Think twice before spending your money here!

I just ordered an all veggie pizza with no cheese and extra sauce to be delivered. It was here so fast and totally delicious. It was not skimpy on toppings. The bread tasted wonderful and the sauce flavor was wonderful. I loved it and was so hungry that I suffered worried it would take long to arrive but it didn’t! I was so happy it didn’t take forever. Total thumbs up excellent all around.
