They honored their promise and made it right: Ordered a heart shaped pizza for Valentine’s Day to be delivered. When it arrived there was a sizeable gash in the pizza where the toppings had slid off. I called the number and pushed the button to speak to a manager. I was told call back later and they would take care of it and get me a new pizza. I called just over a week later to get the second pizza and realized that I hadn’t talked to the manager the first time and I neglected to get the name of who I spoke to. Nate, the manager, knew the order and even though I didn’t have the name and he hadn’t heard of my issue until well over a week later was willing to honor the promise and make it right. After several attempts with the new operating order system and with their new delivery service, I will not be ordering any more pizza from my local store. When placing an order, I receive a total price and estimated delivery time, and every time there has been a problem. My most recent order, I was told my order was complete and paid with card, but after 45 minutes of waiting, I called the store and the manager said my order never went through. Even though my card was charged and I had received an estimated delivery time. I am totally blind and always let them know. On my previous orders, I have left notes with the operator to have delivery driver knock on the door. But instead, they just left the order on the porch without me knowing about it. At that time my order was outside for over an hour and a half. So, at this point, I have tried several times to understand and sympathize with the location… now I just won’t order from them anymore.

Absolutely HORRIBLE management. Ordered last night. Food arrived on time but was cold and undercooked. I tried calling to express this to the manager this morning, and before I could even explain what I wanted he began to attack me saying I should have called last night and come back at 10 to have it corrected. I explained I was no longer in the area and he stated well all he could do for me was remake it if I brought the old food back. Fast food chains are going down hill because of people and workers like this.

I ordered a pizza at 9:08 the pizza didn’t come until 10:00 . the driver lady was extremely nice didn’t get her name but OMG my pizza I wish I could share this picture right now it was the most sloppiest soggiest pizza ever everything fell to one side and it was flipped over. I am so upset now I have a hungry/upset family. THANKS ALOT PAPA JOHN!! If there was a negative star they would have got all negative!

These guys used to be legit until I caught them stealing 5 dollars as a tip on a carry out order I didn’t authorize. If you do that with a handful of orders every night you come up with a good amount of money real quick. When I tried to politely bring it to their attention I was screamed at by the manager and told that I Authorized the transaction and NO I didn’t why would I tip on a carry out order? Makes no sense. Decided to use the credit I had on my account to be done with these people and ordered online and when I went to pick up they had JUST GIVEN MY PIZZA AWAY!! Then yelled at me and said I had someone pick it up lol these guys are thieves and VERY VERY DISRESPECTFUL. CHECK YOUR CARDS AFTER YOU LEAVE!!

Just wanted to warn other delivery drivers not to pick up from here or to at least try to avoid the place. Everytime I come in there is legitimately one person working. Both cooking & taking orders. And he is middle aged, he’s a great worker but the wait times are absurd. They need to shut this place down if no one will work there & help him or make some changes like shutting off certain ordering routes because it’s ridiculous to have ONE person cooking pizzas while taking phone, online AND in store orders. ***I only gave this place 2 stars for the guy that works there.
