I try for them everytime and it fails. Ordered pick up and my pizza was missing all the middle cheese. No I didn’t check my pizza I was on a set time schedule. Also who would expect someone to actually put that messed up pizza in a box under the heat lamp waiting for pick up.

I ordered online and the pizza tracker said my pizza was ready so I went to pick it up. Upon arriving me and 2 door dashers stood in lobby for 30 minutes while the 1 employee ignored us until finally bring us our food. The store is also dirty and has a sign with wires just stuck into an electric outlet so fire hazard. The bars on the windows also seem offputting

I’m so over papa johns!!!! Every time I order from here the pizza is either sloppy or under cooked. Tonight the cheese is literally dried up on my cheese sticks!!! This was the last straw!! Do better!!!

Should have just stuck with the other guys. Ordered a thin crust with bacon. Arrived with no bacon. Also a sausage and pepperoni, regular crust. They must have forgot to put the pepperoni before cooking it. The pepperoni looks like it was cooked separately and then scattered on top of the pizza. The kicker: they were burnt while the rest of the pizza looks normal. Don’t get the cream cheese jalapeno roll thingys. Full of jalapenos and barely any cheese.
