They overcooked the pizza. I took it back and asked could they remake it which they did with no issue. However, the cook brought the order back over and I checked it right there. The pizza was cooked the exact same. Overcooked. At that point I just asked for a refund I will not be ordering from this location anymore.

My driver Jimi took 30mins… I live less then 5 mins away. Whole order took over an hour. Finally got my pizza but it’s not even cut so that’s great. I wish there was a better option closer, always horrible from here.

Disgusting. I ordered the extra cheesy Alfredo sauce pizza and what I got was Alfredo soup. No one said extra Alfredo sauce or anything but they drowned the entire pizza in sauce, the cheese couldn’t even stay on. The cheese was falling off due to the excessive amount of sauce. DISGUSTING.

We stopped ordering from there due to multiple bad experience’s. We decided to try again tonight. Sorry to say big disappointment. Pizza was overcooked. Definitely didn’t taste fresh. Guess we will Not be ordering again from Pappa John’s. Over the years they really have gone way down in quality.

I ordered tonight 2/27/23 for pick up around 630pm. When my husband arrived he had to wait for them to make another pizza because they accidentally gave it to someone else. Then he waited for the new one and got home with it just for it to be the wrong crust and wrong toppings. When I called to complain the on shift supervisor I didn’t catch his name hung up on me when I called back he told me not to call there again. I’ll never order papa John’s again.

Very disorganized. Not good seeing employees eating food around the prep area. Not to mention food from other restaurants being around where the pizza is being made. The area was not clean either. Food safety should be prioritized at this location.

If I could give a zero I would. Off shore ordering who hangs up on you when calling to find where your order is. Manager at Tehama Ridge would rather hang up on you verses fixing it. Horrible experience and customer service. Will never order from them again for home or work. Had to throw away the food that sat outside for 90 minutes. Delivery driver didn’t let us know it was here. So starving as I write this.
