My company ordered a large amount of pizza’s from here for a company lunch with a dedicated time. Not once did Papa John’s state that they couldn’t deliver my requests on time. I called 20 minutes after the pizza’s were due to arrive and the MOD stated they were packing up their vehicles to bring the pizza. We had over 300 employees waiting to eat for their lunch break and we didn’t have pizza to feed our employees. Needless to say, we had a lot of hungry, angry employees, on top of losing production. They are “sorry” for the delay, so there’s that… I would say, moving forward work on your communication. If you’re going to be late or cannot deliver on time, let the customer know. This was not just a “Friday night pizza date”. Papa Johns was well aware that they were feeding an entire company. We, nor myself, will never order Papa Johns again. The latest shenanigans from this Papa Johns, I’ve seen a decline with this location & this pizza isn’t even the worst. Never had a bad experience with Papa Johns until I moved to Temple. We love Papa Johns and always hope that it’ll get better but I think that ship has sailed for the 31st location.

OMG!! Thank you Papa John’s for saving the day. We ordered from the new Gatti’s in Temple and the food was terrible!!! That pizza was cold and tasted old like it had been sitting out. So, we didn’t eat it and were still hungry. We decided to order from the one place we know will never disappoint us, Papa John’s!!! I got there to pickup our pizza and was so happy to hear the nice young lady tell me it’s still in the oven but should be done in about 5 minutes!! We got a piping hot, fresh, delicious large pepperoni pizza!! Way to go Papa John’s and thank you for always taking pride in your quality of food!!!

We don’t order Papa John’s too often because we prefer Domino’s, but I have to say their pizza is quite delicious! I ordered my husband the $6 meal deal where you order two or more items for $6 each. He got the medium pizza with double beef and pepperoni…and he tried the buffalo wings. It was good and you can’t beat the price!

It’s unfortunate the one closest to me is not a good store. For the second time in a row they got my order wrong and they sent me an “automated” email saying they want to “make it right” I’ve replied back and I still haven’t heard anything back. One of the days I went to pick up my order and they weren’t busy they had people behind the counter not in uniform just horseplaying … Too busy playing around and not checking for order accuracy I guess. Well Papa Johns I guess whenever I decide to relocate we will meet again.

Called and told them my order was wrong, they told me over the phone no its correct, I may wear glasses but there is no pepperoni on my pizza. Manager was very rude to me and talked down to me as if I was trying to get a “free” pizza. So here are the photos of NO pepperoni on my pizza.

Pizzas and cheese bread wasn’t cooked all the way through. Everything was doughy. The pizza knots that were cooked all the way through were burnt. We also ordered extra garlic sauce and didn’t even get 1. It’s not the 1st time they’ve messed up our order. Shame on us for thinking this time would be different. Never again.
