This was our first time trying this location. This location offers pick-up only, as there are no tables or chairs inside. I placed our order of a large pizza with breadsticks inside and waited in my car for the 10 minutes. The pizza was of course hot and fresh, and we loved the Hawaiian toppings. Papa Johns has the best breadsticks, we like the soft texture versus the crunchy and dry texture at other restaurants. 10/10

I will never call Papa Johns again. My cold pizza arrived by door dash 30 minutes late. Driver had no change but did have plenty of attitude. Called back to Belton location and as I was explaining my situation she actually told me to be quite so she could talk. Order was not correct. If they will get the don’t care generation out of these stores they maybe could stay in business.

Pizza was more undercooked than usual. Raw dough. Soft bottom. Put it on heated cookie sheet in 425° oven at home for about 8 mins. Fixed!

1st of all there was no one up front when I walked I. Then we ordered chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and they mess that up. By putting way, too many ingredients so I had to get that remade. Ordered Philly Cheesesteak Extra Large Pizza using a Papa Dough credit of $10. The greeting was quick, the food came out warm- however the quality of the pizza took our family of 3 and our tastebuds out of the equation. First off, the beef was seriously lacking, and the cream sauce (ranch?!!) on a Philly cheesesteak pizza was, gulp, NOT tantalizing.
