Im no longer coming here……I had an issue at the end of last yr, they did give me a replacement order and they put a Dessert coupon on my account, but that coupon was only to be used in store. They told me to call give them my name and that they would be able to pull it up. Again, that was some months ago, so when I called to place my order today, they said I did not have a coupon on my account. Even though I was little disappointed, I let it pass because again it had been 7/8 months since I’ve been. When I went to pick it up the inside, the store was dirty and hot,not sure if the AC was out or not. When I got the food home and looked at the food I was very disappointed. I ordered 2 medium pizzas. The pizza, 1/2 of each pizza didn’t really have a crust the other side did. It wasn’t even rolled out evenly. The bottom was hard even though it wasn’t burnt. The dough tasted old. Part was even burned thin even though 2 slices over it would be thick. The slices were cut inconsistently. Anyway I threw out the pizzas they are not good. But I’m done with the Pappa John’s.

Food was really good, great portioning on toppings not to little or too much and good cheese line with no fall off and was cooked to perfection. Service was pretty nice the manager seemed easy to talk to and helpful. Id come back again anytime!

This location is poorly ran. Last time we ordered our pizza was drenched in the garlic sauce that they put in the box where it had busted open. Tonight we ordered again. At around 6 pm. We called the store at 7:30 and were informed that our driver had left with 2 other orders and would arrive soon. At 8 we called again only to be told they would call back. Instead of the person at the store calling, the driver called. He gave us several excuses as to why we hadn’t received our order and instructed us to call the store back to cancel the order. So now almost 3 hrs later we are waiting for another pizza place to deliver our dinner. This is the worst experience I have ever experienced.

I have been ordering from this place but this year seems like they have been doing a horrible job cooking the pizza, no sauce, cheese or flavor, also the wings are bad. It’s like eating plain dough… when the pizza arrives it’s cold and saggy. I never complaint but I am never going to order from this papa Johns again.

I placed an order at 8:36pm and was told my order would take 40 minutes. Time is now 10:15pm and I hadn’t received a phone call or my food. Call the store and they say my order was canceled by the manager and they have authorized me a refund. If I wouldn’t have called I wouldn’t have known and all they could say is that I will get my money back in 2-3 days. I’m a highly upset, disappointed and my son is still hungry. However the website says the order was delivered.

Today around 2 pm I came to pick up our pizza and there was no one inside. We placed the order online about 20 minutes prior and arrived to pick it up as soon as we received the text that our order was ready. The store was completely empty with no employees at the front of house.. After waiting for about 10 minutes with no one in the front, a personnel came and handed us our order. The food was relatively good but the service was trash. Please trust the reviews on this one.

Ordered online at 4pm, order would take 1 hr. 2 hours later no pizza and the app shows pizza was delivered. Called and was told they’d call back when the driver showed up, over 30 mins later no call. I call back and driver still isn’t back. Was told they would resend my pizza, but didn’t want to give me a refund or say time frame of getting my order. This location is always slow
